Live the “simple” life on the Baltic: in a solar-powered workman’s hut. The idyllic hamlet of Klützer Winkel is 20 km east of Lübeck, Germany, 6 km west of Boltenhagen, and only ten minutes’ walk from the unspoiled Baltic coastline. Our natural refuge (3500 sq.m./over 37,000 sq.ft.) is nestled among hilly meadows, woodlands, beaches, and some nearby seaside cliffs. Our owner-run plot of land has many fruit trees and other trees, blackberry bushes and shrubs. Pristine meadows directly around the property are crisscrossed by narrow pathways. You can set up your own place to sit, and there is a central terrace with barbecue. Facing the south, the vintage workman’s hut (20 square meter/215 square feet) was converted into a cocoon of living space with virtually no environmental footprint. Its separate bedroom, kitchen and roomy living area are supplemented by a 14 square meter (150 square foot) veranda facing west. All the flooring is larch. All electricity is solar generated with water supply from on board tanks or at the nearby “bathhouse” on the same plot with its solar-powered shower. A wood-burning stove can be used in colder weather. Details: 12VDC power supply, intermittent 220V/80W power with converter, DVB-T TV, radio and DVD player, refrigerator, two-plate gas cooker, and sink. Since 2016 we got a supplementary nonsolar power supply i.e. to have a shower without sun. Plus we offer: Bicycle and bed linen rental (please confirm in advance), drawing and painting kits, arts and crafts equipment, beach utensils. Plus the chance to pick and process cherries, blackberries, pears, and apples (all according to the season and availability, for a small fee) Klützer Winkel also offers many leisure, cultural, and recreational opportunities.

Traditional house near Boltenhagen/Baltic Sea (3r)

Our restored, half-timbered house in the village centre of Christinenfeld is only four kilometres away from the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen. The cozy apartment Dorfstraße 8 has a wooden floor, south-facing terrace and garden access. A separate outbuilding features table tennis and table football. The Klützer Winkel region offers white beaches, wild cliffs and a wide, hilly landscape with sea views. Wismar and Lübeck with their famous old towns (both UNESCO World Heritage Sites) are close.

By the pool and beach 4

In the middle of nature lies the small vacation village of Barendorf. Anyone looking for peace and quiet in a nicely furnished two-room apartment between Lübeck-Travemünde and Boltenhagen is in good hands here. The 9 x 5 m indoor pool invites you with a water temperature of 26 degrees in winter, as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with a southeast orientation. The uncrowded beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through beautiful nature (about 800 m).

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Wooden vacation home Feldrain sauna, 500 m from the Baltic Sea beach

"Feldrain" – a cozy wooden house in the countryside, part of an ensemble with a communal sauna and private garden. Large windows open the view of the horse paddock, nature and tranquility included. On about 60 m², up to 4 guests (+2 extra beds) will find space to feel good. Chill area for kids on the gallery, private sauna wellness times can be reserved, child-friendly beach in 10 minutes by foot. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Apartment right on the cliff of the Baltic Sea

Up to 4 people can feel at home in the comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment on the 2nd floor. The first living level offers an open-plan kitchen with dining area, a guest room with two single beds, a wardrobe and TV, and a bathroom with shower and toilet with a washing machine. The second floor offers you a large open space with a comfortable living area with a TV on the left half of the room and a cozy sleeping area on the right half of the room. Wifi is available.

The bungalow is in a quiet location. It is only about 950 m to the pier and the Baltic Sea beach. It has a cozy living-kitchen area with fireplace, sitting area, smart TV, bedroom., shower/toilet, two terraces, free Wi-Fi, washing machine and parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher. Bed linen can be booked on request for an additional fee - then the beds are made up on arrival. Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Haus Ahlma - M1

Haus Ahlma is centrally located in Boltenhagen, only about 350 meters from the beach and 450 meters from the spa park. Close to shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants and a pharmacy. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
