The "untere Wösch" is a traditional Simmental farmhouse built in 1771. It is located in the small hamlet of Ringoldingen, on the main road between Thun/Spiez and Zweisimmen. There is no AC as there are generally no ACs in most Swiss Apartments due to how hard it is to obtain permits for them.
