Had a lovely stay, the place was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed! Monique was very good with communication and very accommodating for our stay. Would definitely go back!

We stayed here for two months as we were visiting family close by. For a long term stay, we can say without a doubt we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped with herbs, spices, dishes and a variety of cooking tools. The bathroom had plenty of amenities for use. Spare bedding for change over days. Laundry facilities. Comfy bed with large tv for chill evenings. My husband and I were happy to have a ‘home’ to come home to after days out and about. There were stores nearby (Asda,Lidl, Starbucks etc) for groceries. Walking distance too. The house was very clean and there was even lovely thoughtful items such as bread and milk for us when we got there. Communication was great. Messages with questions responded to in a matter of minutes. Very kind and thoughtful hosts.

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Katie's beautifully decorated home. The house is quiet and within walking distance to Ormskirk. We enjoyed exploring the local areas around the home too. Katie's communication was faultless and she had thought of everything to make us feel at home. Thank you!

A lovely accommodation for our family to stay in. Great communication with the owners. The place was very clean and with towels, bedding and other resources available for us. We will definitely be booking to stay again.

Carol was super accommodating for our needs as some employees needed somewhere to stay fairly last minute for a work trip. She was super responsive and attentive and the staff loved their stay. Would definitely recommend!

we had options to book several other propoerties for our guest who was staying for the week but katys place looked every bit the ideal location and didnt disappoint. we were working in ormskirk so was an ideal 15 minute drive to our fitout. for eating out we visited the plough in lathom and hickorys in hutton, preston... both within a short drive of the location. We have more work to do in ormskirk so will book again.

We were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Accommodation met our needs, with use of a wonderful garden. Great hosts

Can’t thank Eve enough for her amazing communication and accommodating our early check in time. The flat was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Absolutely everything you’d need provided for your stay and a shop just across the road which was very handy! Will definitely be back when in the area again!!

I really loved and enjoyed every single second at this place that is home to peaceful, serene and breath taking views - the Jackson's Heights only a 10 mins walk away. Will visit this place again :). the only thing that lacked was smart TV (according to my mum). Rest all great! there is a farm shop 20mins walk away.

Grace and Daniel are outstanding hosts. They were extremely accomodating to any needs I had during my stay and are very friendly. It’s very easy to get into the city centre as public transport is right nearby and there’s also plenty of shops within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again if in Manchester!

Excellent base for what we wanted. Lots of local eateries in walking distance, very quiet location as its away from the main road. The rooms are massive for a two bedroom flat. Really helpful instructions on how to get there and really well presented. I would highly recommend and will be staying again myself.

We had a great week in this flat and would definitely return , Pubs & restaurants on your doorstep and a great balcony to sit out on and watch the world go by. Also Nick our host is a nice guy .

The property was lovely and clean, we were provided with an information booklet which included nearby restaurants and shops, travel advice and much more! The location was perfect, only a quick 25 minute bus to the centre, and very safe and quiet area to stay. The room itself was very spacious with the bathroom having amazing toiletries to utilise, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Jacquie was lovely and communicated well making everthing very clear, with the check in/out, how to get there, and more. Would definitely stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cosy summer house — it truly felt like home. The space was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to both work comfortably and cook our own meals with ease. The little garden quickly became our favourite spot for lunch and dinner — peaceful, charming, and perfect for enjoying the sunshine. Miriam and Julio were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The property was also immaculately clean, which we really appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

stayed for a total of 5 nights, spotlessly clean and space large enough for 2 people. off street parking, so quiet, well stocked fridge with jams milk etc. I really liked the bedside table that included to USB charging points. will definitely stay again when I am next visiting

Stables View exceeded my expectations. Spotlessly clean and spacious (more spacious than I expected from the photos), with beautiful views and private parking. After a long day at work and a couple of hours driving it was great to sit and relax on the balcony listening to the birds. Everything had been carefully thought out making it easy to turn up, settle in and relax. One of the best properties I have stayed in and I will definitely return if I am working in the area again. Lovely apartment next to the canal in peaceful block of flats. Close to the city centre. Comfy bed and clean apartment. Very responsive host. We wanted an extra day but she was already booked but let me know there was a cancellation so we were able to book the extra night. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely space in the heart of Ramsbottom. Sheila was the perfect host - communicated well and often, provided some food basics and treats, had a very well kept place that was clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend this one and would definitely return again in the near future. Thanks!
