When you're finished playing outside come inside to your home away from home. It has a king size bed, full kitchen, TV, and bathtub. Ideal for couples and solo travelers. This private one-bedroom non-smoking apartment is located in Underhill, Vermont. The property is located just down the road from Underhill State Park, at the base of Mt. Mansfield. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and includes a tiled rain shower, soaking tub and large private back deck. It is just a 2-minute drive to hiking trails and mountain biking; 20 minutes to skiing at Smugglers Notch; and 35 minutes to Burlington.

Waterbury Center Guest Bedroom - 244 Howard

The guestroom room is very cozy with radiant heat in the floor during the winter. The separate entrance is off a covered porch. The porch has chairs and a table and is very pleasant in the warmer months The little kitchen alcove is convenient for coffee or tea or a light meal. We live in a historic building and our neighborhood is located very close to Rte 100. Waterbury village and Stowe as well as skiing, hiking and biking are all nearby.

Beautiful Mountain Views, Rustic Family Homestead

The guest suite is on the top floor of our family home. We live on the lower level. This property has been in the family since the 1940s when it was a working farm. Much has happened between then and now, we are now restoring and reclaiming the farmland and property. So yes it is mostly quiet and rural here, but also there are kids playing, tractors and tools running sometimes, and goats, hens, ducks, geese and dogs.
