The location is fantastic, quiet, approx. 20 minutes' walk or 4 minutes' drive from the village of Oberbozen. The cable car there takes you directly to Bolzano in no time. The last piece of the ride to the villa is to be cleared of possible snow in winter (clearing service). The villa is ideal for a break even for 2 families.

With 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with dining area, a panoramic sun terrace and private garage, it is a comfortable and well-kept base for enjoying Val di Fiemme in a peaceful setting. Linen note: bed linen and towels are not included. You can bring your own or rent them for €20 per person per stay. Italian-style sheets, no duvet cover.

Located on a quiet, traffic-and-noise-safe street on the top of the hill, it offers a stunning view of the lake. Beaches are 10 minute driving distance. The flat is part of a three floor villa formed by 4 flats in total. Three flats are on Airbnb and the remaining one is occasionally occupied by my family.
