Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Suellem always very helpful, always responding quickly by wp. Made a point of taking us onsite and introducing the house, it was flexible with check-in and check-out. The house is very good, with a wonderful, indescribable view. Anyway, nothing to complain about, only good memories.

Great place to stay and location! Apt has a great location and is in a family setting. My son even made friends and played with the children who live on the same street. Maria welcomed us very well and we gave all support.

Beautiful house! It was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the space is spacious. There are 4 casitas that share a pool and grill in common. It is well located, near the center where there are restarurantes and shops. It has a space to park the car ahead of the complex which was very useful. The host was friendly, he welcomed us very well and answered all our inquiries

We stayed at your Jorge's house for 45 days, and Impeccable, it is the first word that occurs to us. Limpíssima, Cheirosa, Comfortable, Spacious and Functional. Kitchen very complete with crockery, bowls and various utensils; new home appliances of the very first. The beds and couch, super comfortable. The janelons leave the house airy and bring light and sunshine (morning and afternoon). Yard in front and back of the property. Everything in the house was carefully thought out to provide the best "welcome". Residential neighborhood, quiet and safe. It offers very diversified commerce, everything is very close. The beach is about nine hundred meters away, and for those who like to walk is perfect. Anyway, it's all good. Thanks to your Jorge and family, for Capricho e Hospitalidade! See you next time.

I stayed in Michelle's house with my husband, our two adult children and our two dogs for 3 nights. This home is really a haven of peace, the kitchen is very well-equipped. You can also cook outdoors, which for me was paradise. The house corresponds to 100% with the description. There is a complete bathroom outside which is actually very practical. The garden is completely surrounded, so it is very safe for dogs. Michelle was very available and receptive during our stay to answer our questions.

Very complete stay, during the reservation I forgot to put my two-year-old son and shortly after informing the host Daniel, he kindly still had a mattress and extra bed and bath linens. We stayed for 5 days, clean, organized and smelling place had everything we needed even more complete that advertised and was extremely cozy. Easy access to the apartment, quiet place, close and easy access to the beach of Conceição. Host always very kind and considerate. I highly recommend your stay. I intend to return soon !

Best of all is the location, you seem to be staying in the sea. It is also very central, close to supermarkets, restaurants, etc. You don't even need to take the car. The negatives were the garage, which has a very steep entrance and if your car is lower it just doesn't go in (which was the case with my brother's BMW who had to sleep on the street in front of the apartment and we still hear some disgust from a neighbor in front). Second point is the maintenance of the house. The second floor is very wide but needs repairs. The doors of the loose cabinets, some cracked in the wall and barbecue (do not match the photos). And these are simple things that could be more careful. but so, I super recommend the place why it really is worth the location and look of the sea 100% of the time!

We had a wonderful time in the apartment. It is really very comfortable and cute, just as the photos show. Lígia always responded immediately to inquiries and very kindly, the location is super practical since it is super close to the beach. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. I would definitely stay there again.

excellent care of Guilherme. It made us feel at home, the apartment is a 10 ... it would be an 11 if I had a tv in the rooms, it doesn't need anything!. We'll be back soon!

The location is outstanding! Extremely clean, comfortable apartment with everything to provide a very pleasant experience. All was exactly as in the photos and description of the listing. The host was very attentive and helpful. It passed instructions in a different and clear way facilitating the check in and avoiding setbacks. The only observation is about the garage that is small and needs to maneuver a little more to get in. i will definitely stay again and recommend the place for you to seek tranquility and a beautiful, well-maintained place.

The apartment is very nice, spacious and quiet. I really liked the location, close to the sea and close to the walkway that gives access to Lagoinha beach, where there are many fish. These were wonderful family days. Communication with Marcelo was very good and check-in was flexible. I want to come back more times!

We spent a very good weekend, super cozy guesthouse, like the photos, a wonderful view, crossed the street is already on Lagoinha beach. The center has all great restaurants, shops,supermarkets the best you can walk. Eduardo's left us super will we feel at home. We love our super indico weekend.

We stayed 8 nights in the apartment! We had a great time! Very well equipped apartment!!! We felt right at home, the dpto is close to everything, the pumps beach, supermarkets, gastronomic venues and close to the main beaches! The host Fabian was very nice and friendly! In synthesis 100% recommended!
