This is a beautifully renovated studio on the first floor. The space is nicely decorated. The studio consists of an open kitchen, double bunk bed, salon, terrace and separate bathroom with rain shower. Ideal for 2 to 4 people. The seat can be transformed into a sofa bed. Separate entrance with numerical code. The terrace offers a nice view of the garden of the owners who live next door to the house. Downstairs is inhabited. €5/room/night tourist tax Mechelen not included.

Beautiful townhouse 2 km from the center of Leuven. Lovely bathroom and cozy room. Possibility to have a coffee or tea in the room. Although I did not meet Sofie, there was a very smooth communication. Check-in was with a key safe.

We had an excelent stay at Bart's place. The location was perfect right between both Antwerp and Brussles. We were able to access both cities easily Antwerp with the park and ride and could easly get into Brussles with the train from this location. We recived a warm and friendly welcome from Bart with all the information we needed for our stay. The room was comfortable and in a beautiful old house. It was the perfect place to stay for our Belgian trip.

Maarten's house is in the heart of the city, very convenient on foot for everything the city offers and easy to access, following the precise directions provided. The space is impeccable, if possible better than the description and photos: excellent minimal taste, well-kept, clean and tidy, with a thousand small touches, not at all obvious. There is also a corner for preparing small meals, with a kettle and microwave, the table is large and comfortable and Maarten provides dishes as well as quality coffee. The small and delightful garden gives the room an extra breath. Highly recommended. Lier is very pleasant, lively and interesting in itself, but also a good starting point for visiting nearby cities. Thanks Maarten, we had a great time!
