Cute, clean & cozy guest house located off the beaten path 20 minutes from Ruidoso & Capitan. Close to Bonito & Alto Lake and Ski Apache. Great area for hiking, biking, hunting, fishing or a peaceful couples retreat. The home can accommodate 2 adults comfortably. There is no cable television however we do provide firestick (Netflix, Prime, etc…) and WiFi. During times of heavy snow book at your own risk. Four wheel drive or chains will be necessary. We are two miles off state highway 37. NO PETS

Lots of hiking areas nearby. Studio style, level entry, open floor plan w/ a SMALL loft, perfect for kids to play. Sleeps up to 6. One bathroom w/ double sink. Kitchenette has fridge & microwave, no stove. Beautiful views w/private access to Bonito River right off deck.This area doesn’t flood. Covered area for parking.

Located directly on the National Forest, you can’t be much closer to Ruidoso’s beauty and wildlife! This rustic two story cabin has an expansive covered porch and a second story sun deck with breathtaking Sierra Blanca and panoramic views, and an outdoor gas fire table to enjoy it. The home also boasts a well-maintained hot tub to enjoy the private and serene National Forest only steps away!

This cabin includes a hot tub on the lower deck to truly relax & enjoy the mountain air. This cabin is minutes from town!

Modern Mountain River Cottage Upper Canyon

BY THE GRACE OF GOD (& maybe a bit of my sheer grit) this little lady is standing post 2024 arson fires/floods…She is still & will continue to be a pristine cozy cottage on the Rio Ruidoso that offers an historic Upper Canyon stay. To be clear the neighborhood does show remnants of its former self but in no time will be stunning again…Further I want to thank all my former & recent guests for the outpouring of love & support through this most surreal time…awesomely good people in this world!
