Kitchen has all you need to cook, without breaking the budget. Perfectly placed In the middle of town, within walking distance of 3 coffee shops . Great for visiting Carlsbad Caverns . Close to several local selections of dining. Fast Wifi, clean private bathroom, So Comfortable it feels like home. Private alleyway entrance, private patio.

This cozy casita is located right next to the Pecos River. You will enjoy a relaxing living room and a fully stocked kitchen. This a great spot to call home while you visit Carlsbad Caverns, Guadalupe National Park, and other attractions. We are centrally located close to the best restaurants in town. Enjoy your coffee or a glass of wine on the dock right on the river. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan-March 31 maintenance cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
