Carlsbad Cozy Little House

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The casita is a separate house. You have your own entrance for privacy, your own fenced in yard with a grill and car port. We did a complete renovation and added a new fridge and new washer and dryer. All new kitchen ware. Dishes, coffee pot etc. Brand new furniture as well. We are proud of our hard work and happy to open up our home to you. King size bed and twin size air up mattress.

Sip your morning coffee on the dock, or unwind in the evening and take in the view. **The Pecos River will be drained from Jan 7-May 31 for dock maintenance and river cleaning. If this is an issue, please do not book!**
