Super cozy and excellent location! The Cottage was exactly what I was looking for. The wood fire warmed up the place nicely and Gerald always had a supply of wood each morning. Thanks! Kitchen was perfect for dinners each night and the Ethernet connection was great. Thanks Mary and Gerald for the fantastic stay!

What a wonderful place to stay in Priest Lake! We stayed here 4 days and 3 nights with my husband and fur babies. It was cozy, peaceful and we kept saying “wow what a labor of love was put into this place”!! It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook with, the linens in bedroom are very nice, and has 3 bathrooms and two showers which was amazing! It is close to Hills and Elkins Resorts which we love both, and we got to explore new parts of Priest Lake we’ve never been to, which was fun! Also there’s multiple grocery stores not too far away, plus you can always stop by the resort restaurants/gift shops and they have food you can purchase. We also dug into their board games and played Sorry and Scrabble every night before bed, and now ordered both on Amazon to continue playing when we arrive to our home. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back here. Thank you!!

We stayed at this location because we thought it would be a quiet place to relax after getting married. Don and Heidi were very nice and very responsive to messages. They even left us a little gift after I mentioned we were getting married. The Airbnb had lots of options for getting out on the water and it was a peaceful area to stay.

This Airbnb is nicely located and beautifully maintained. Our hosts were quickly responsive to our questions. Although the pictures do represent the house accurately, the photos don't quite capture the size. The space is tiny so once you have the Murphy bed down there is little space for belongings and no place to sit. Also, be aware that the ladder to the loft single bed is at a steep angle so it's not something we (as older women) felt comfortable navigating. The deck is gorgeous however with plenty of chairs and when the weather is nice (as it was for us), it does feel like another living area. We enjoyed the s'more basket as we were visiting children! I loved the surrounding grounds and garden. I'd welcome another visit there.

Another great stay while staying for the weekend to ski. Quiet and peaceful.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL guesthouse. Loved the privacy of the location. Her two dogs are such sweet boys and they definitely make you feel safe. The entire house decor is very cohesive and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom was my favorite part. The tub is indeed very deep and the windows above make the bathroom feel so peaceful. The fire pit was a nice amenity, if we had more time we definitely would have used it!! There’s a record player in the living room and multiple amazing record choices. I cannot stress enough how beautiful we found this guesthouse and how cozy our stay was. Mary Claire was very responsive and helpful. She checked in on us during our trip and asked about our stay. She was excellent at communicating. If we ever make it back to the area I know we’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed this stay, a refreshing and grounding experience of Nature each morning with coffee on the back patio & lawn, amongst trees, sunshine & a few occasions of seeing deer. The owner lives on the front of the property but it still felt private, with the level of interaction being suitable and friendly. Great host & location 10 mins to Sandpoint.

We loved our stay at Audra’s rental. The place was beautifully designed with modern cozy touches and felt like being at home. We loved how close it was to town and how convenient it was to get up to Schweitzer. The place is perfectly outfitted and had everything we could have needed. Audra was an incredible host and gave us tons of really great local recommendations. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Thanks for everything Audra!

Beautiful place, seemed newly renovated with nice new kitchen appliances, spacious bathroom, big beautiful deck with a great grill, and very comfortable bed. We used the hot tub regularly which had the most beautiful view. Joshua’s team reached out frequently and always responded within seconds to minutes. The only note is that for the price point I wish I didn’t have to do chores but the list was very short and took less than 10min to complete before checkout. 10/10 would book again.

Like the other reviewers, I concur with all the amenities and just the well-appointedness of Michelle's place in Cocolalla. This apartment was well-laid out and furnished with high-end fixtures and furniture. It smelled new! The pictures didn't really do it justice. The patio was my favorite spot, with sunlight and forest views. The trains were constant, but part of the positive experience. This was probably the best airbnb I've stayed in, but this was also due to the hospitality of Michelle. Even though we didn't meet face to face, her personal letter greeting, quick delivery of anything needed, fresh-baked cookie drop-off, and desire for us to have a wonderful vacation shown through clearly. Other hosts can seem defensive with a list of don'ts for the house and do's for the checkout, but none of that with Michelle. I really appreciated her sincere and warm hospitality. We would love to return again!

We had a great time at Dawn's. They were happy to socialize with us and even shared their main backyard play equipment and animals with our kids. We didn't realize there was only air conditioning in the main living space, but plenty of fans and with the windows open it was pleasant. The beds were soft and kitchen perfect for us. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.

The place is exactly as advertised and then some. The place had beautiful touches and was very walkable. I would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay! The home was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked—especially for cooking, which made our trip so much easier. Debbie was a fantastic host, quick to respond and kind enough to let us check in early since the property was available. She provided a helpful list of local activities and restaurant recommendations, which we really appreciated. We brought our boat and were able to park it right on the property, with two boat launches less than a mile away—super convenient! All in all, a great experience, and we’d definitely love to stay again. Thank you, Debbie!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed and was comfortable and safe for our family (two adults and a 4yo). Lots of stairs, and very steep access to the community dock — no problem for us but might have been tough for grandma. Thanks Sheri, I hope we can come back next summer!
