The Cabin on the Lake

Located on Lake Pend Oreille, this is a tiny cabin with double bed, electric heater, coffee maker. However, if you are looking for a meticulous, hotel-like experience, this may not be the venue for you. It is upscale camping surrounded by nature: bugs, critters, scat, neighborhood dogs. The detached bathroom has a composting toilet, and outdoor, solar shower. With BBQ, picnic table and deck, we are primarily for hardy couples, who appreciate a beautiful but rustic setting, with water access.

Escape to our Hideaway on seven wooded acres, located on the beautiful north end of Lake Pend Oreille. The Hideaway is across the street from Oden Bay trailhead parking area with lake access. Downtown Sandpoint is a quick 7 minute drive for shopping, restaurants/breweries. Chapel by the Pier

An artist studio conversion replete with stained-glass windows from a local church, Chapel by the Pier, as its name suggests, is down the street from Third Street Pier, a South Sandpoint swimming hole and kayak launch. It's also within walking distance to downtown Sandpoint, making it ideal for strolling (or riding one of the two provided bicycles) to restaurants, bars and boutiques. You won't find another spot as central or with as much character. Plus, furnishings and appliances are new!
