Beautiful condo with all of the amenities! The mountain and lake view was stunning. Spacious accommodations for 8. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. It is close to the train tracks and trains are frequent, but not disturbing. Quiet, peaceful surroundings - hot tub and pool were excellent!

What a great place with an amazing view. This place had everything you need and was large and very comfortable. The location on the lake was amazing with the best lake views. We comfortably say on the deck every evening and watched the boats and the lake. We had a great time.

Fantastic location, great restaurants and sites within walking distance! The space was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

Great location and amenities! We struggled to find where the 5th and 6th guest where supposed to sleep, expected a pullout couch but didn't find one. We called down to the property maintenance who showed us there is a Murphy bed in a cabinet. There were instructions on the wall but a little too conspicuous for us to find them. It would be great to mention the Murphy bed in the listing description to help others find the sleeping arrangements. Aside from this everything was perfect. We loved the condo, the beach, the boat slip (rented separately), the bikes, and kayaks. It was also very walkable to city beach and downtown. We had a wonderful stay.

This is the 2nd year we’ve stayed at the Seasons and it’s always has been the best, cleanliness most GORGEOUS experience! We’ll definitely be back for more lacrosse tournaments and family vacations! They have everything for kids and families to do! We just love this place! Thank you!

The owner obviously had great pride in her place. Everything was perfect. The maintenance of the whole building was first class. I am on a board of a condo association for my second place in SC and I appreciated all the attention to detail of the whole facility.

James has the best rentals! His attention to detail is unmatched. The photos of this property don’t do it justice. The sofa was high quality, firm, and great for plenty of people. The towels are Frete, made in Turkey and absolutely luxurious. What I loved about this unit was that they didn’t skimp on the little things. There was high quality paper towels and toilet paper and plenty of it!! The views of this property were stunning. Everything worked great in the unit. We preferred it over the corner unit we stayed in prior in the same building.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake home. The kitchen is well stocked for all cooking, plenty of games for the family, and the most incredible patio area. The home was extremely clean and tidy but felt so comfortable for our family. The lake is quite a walk away and we chose to drive down to the walking path each time we wanted to access the dock. We hope to be back again to create many more family memories.

Our stay was at Jordan’s home was perfect for our girls getaway! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond our requests! The home was absolutely gorgeous! So many unique aspects. In my opinion it is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. We easily fit 14 ladies comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked. We came prepared, brought dishes etc. but quickly realized we should have left all of that home. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was a quick trip this time, but we will definitely be back so we can enjoy the home and beach a little more! Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

Nice location and beautiful views of the lake. Very comfortable home and quite peaceful. As described, you park up on the street with a steep driveway and steps to maneuver when transferring items you bring down to the house. Not super inconvenient, but may stress those with any physical challenges.

This is one of the most amazing properties we’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing and having a private beach is next level. Its in kind of a little inlet area with only 5 or so other homes. We kayaked around the lake and rented a boat one day, both were so much fun and this area is perfect for it. We went swimming in the lake every single day. The fire pit is also great. The house was very clean and a starter kit of toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap were provided. There were lots of towels. Plenty of nice soft blankets were provided also. The memory foam mattresses were great, this is the first rental I’ve had a sleep better than in my own home! Upstairs there's a loft area where our 3 kids stayed (ages 16, 5, and 2). The hosts really went the extra mile and selected quality furniture both inside and out of this property. Parking was easy, getting to standpoint was easy. There are so many things to do in this town we can't wait to come back! Communication was amazing too.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The lake and views are breath taking. The home was well equipped with everything you need for your home away from home stay. Kitchen products, board games, linens and more. The master bed was so soft, like a big hug. So cozy. The fresh air breeze from the lake at night that came through the windows, was so nice. We did not need to use the AC. The house was big enough for two families. We had a total of 8 people, lots of room. Just perfect. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The neighbours on both sides, were very nice. Everyone was respectful of the quiet hours. We would love to stay here again. Thank you for having us!

Absolutely gorgeous! Great views, private, calm and extremely peaceful. I have traveled all over the country, seen a lot and this place is at the top of my list. Looking forward to comming back.

Fantastic Location. wake to the beauty of Sandcreek and marina outside your door. You can walk to endless food and entertainment options. Condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. When visiting Sandpoint, this will always be a place we seek out.

Amanda & Chad's place was immaculate! Their place was well stocked with everything you would need for a stay. The neighborhood was very quiet and we enjoyed watching the new ducklings swimming in the pond behind the townhouse. Beds were comfy and cozy. They also provided the yummiest sugar cookies we've ever had! We were in town for a Race at Schweitzer and we were close to everything we needed!

Amazing views! Awesome location! We would stay here again in a heart beat. I would totally recommend this place to anyone! The host was responsive, super friendly and we can’t get back soon enough!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

We had a great time. Loved the house. Tran was great. The only difference is the bedroom list as one queen and a single is a a queen bunk bed.

Evan's place was described accurately and included lots of accommodations. He communicated very well to ensure that we had everything we needed. Girlfriend was very happy with a fully equipped kitchen. 👩‍🏫 Evan's place was 25 minutes from Schweitzer Mountain Resort and has many places nearby to get groceries and eat out. 😋 Surroundings were very peaceful and we got to see a fresh snowfall. ❄️

The home feels fresh—like it’s barely been lived, Modern, updated, and beautifully primed. The balcony view is the real hidden prize, Looking over the water as boats drift by. It faces the old powerhouse on the bay— A perfect scene to start your day. Paula’s a pro, she runs it tight. Everything’s handled, everything’s right. No nonsense. No stress. A host you can trust, Responsive, respectful, and incredibly just. We stayed a while, and left with a grin— Didn’t want to leave once we’d settled in. Highly recommend it—don’t hesitate. This is the kind of place that makes vacations great.
