Holiday rentals with beach access in Bonney Lake

This was truly one of the most relaxing weekends we’ve had in quite a long time. We met Sara & Jerry upon our arrival- they were very warm & made us feel comfortable right away. The apartment is perfect for a couple that wants to get away to a beautifully serene, relaxing, & quiet place. The apartment is comfortable & decorated very well. Sara keeps the grounds a gorgeous sanctuary for birds & bees. On a few occasions we even got to see the Bald Eagle couple that like to nest in one of the very tall trees of the property. It was so nice to wake up to a stunning view each morning & just enjoy the view. The stars are out at night so bright & if you ask, Jerry will leave you a little fire wood if you’d like to sit down by the little fire pit they have. Sara & Jerry are both kind, gracious, & hospitable people with a great love for the island & their community. Highly recommend!

A work project in Washington brought me and my team to the Seattle area. I am grateful we found this house. We only got to stay for two nights and there was so much more to enjoy. The balcony overlooked the lake directly behind the house. Even with other houses around it was so serene and pleasant. Our hosts were friendly and communicative, the rates were reasonable, the accommodations met our needs. Next time I come to this area I know where I will look first!

Perfect place to recover after surgery. The variety of places to sit and relax was excellent. Really enjoyed the outdoor sitting areas. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook including good quality knives and cookware (much better than many other places I've stayed). Lots of thoughtful details like beach towels and chairs, outdoor blankets, binoculars to watch birds and boats, extra blankets and pillows. The host was responsive to a couple of special needs and we enjoyed the baked goods they provided. It is a bit of a drive to restaurants or grocery stores which was fine for us. It was perfect for rest and relaxation.

Very beautiful neighborhood location. A short walk down to Washington Lake walking path. Bus or light rain nearby for easy transportation to Seattle sites. This rental is very clean and comfortable. This is our second stay and we will be back. Thank you Lisa for a pleasant getaway.

I appreciated how friendly Beth is and I’m so grateful they have an Airbnb. The space had gorgeous views of the sound kitchen two bedrooms full bath. It was on a nice sized property felt very private and safe. Beth was great at communicating and helping us know how to get in and how to check out. Anderson Island is a beautiful place with kind residents. We highly recommend Beth’s place at Anderson Island!

House was gorgeous. The kiddos in our group were thrilled to find a triple bunk bed not shown in photos in the game room. Beds were comfortable and great outdoor space. Kitchen was well stocked. Many bedrooms didn’t have blinds but owners provided eye shades. It’s a bit of a hike down to the beach but trail and stairs are in good condition.

Beautiful, serene, and private location—perfect for a peaceful family getaway. The home was well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, and our toddlers especially loved the toys. The space felt safe, comfortable, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home! Made so many great memories with my family, combing the beach and exploring Washington. A perfect base camp for recharging after a long day of adventures! This home is great for young children. We would definitely stay here again!

Dave's place was truly amazing! It was so spacious and easily accommodated the 7 of us with plenty of room to spare. Not only was the home beautiful, but the surrounding area was just as beautiful. the beach and boardwalk was great for walks. Dave was very responsive to our questions and needs. He had everything we could have asked for. would absolutely recommend his place and would love to stay here again sometime.

Carrie’s place was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. Her place is well laid out and very clean. We loved the shower and tub. She really went way beyond and added a lot of extra touches. One of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We loved the space. Great views. Windows for days. We even measured some spaces in the house to incorporate into our home build. It’s not a large home but it feels so spacious with all the natural light. Truly feels like home. It’s not a cheap rental but the value is all there. We would love to return sometime! Zero complaints and I’d highly recommend the stay for anyone looking to visit the area.

We enjoyed the whole house. It was beautifully decorated and so cozy. The views of Mt. Rainier from the living room and 2 bedrooms are stunning! While we were there, we saw seals, an eagle, deer, and a friendly cat that visited us daily. The kayaks were a hit. We would stay there again!

Great place, great location, within walking distance to many points of interests, public transit right outside the door, essentials are provided so you don't have to pack extras, spectacular top floor view of the waterfront, quiet building, very clean, warm and comfortable "at-home away from home" experience, and the host is very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed a few days here and it was fantastic, lovely lively neighborhood set just far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of downtown while being a quick walk right into the thick of it. Had minor difficulties finding the correct check-in spot but was no problem. 10/10 will book here again

I loved this place! It was spotless and felt serene as soon as I walked in. I don’t think I ever heard a single neighbor, and the view was beautiful… I felt right at home. Loved staying at Jeri's place, she is an amazing host, always available, so friendly and funny! Her place is unique and very comfortable -there is a great spa tub i didn't remember being mentioned -could have spent my whole vacay in that tub ! I actually stayed at 2 Airbnb's while in Seattle (the other was not good), would definitely book Jeri's again !

Susannah’s place was perfect for our weekend in Seattle. It was extremely walkable, safe, and hosts were friendly and helpful. The sauna and parking were great amenities included at the condo. There were great restaurants within walking distance, and attractions were easy to get to. The bed was very comfy, and we felt at home.

Everything you need in a well-equipped 1BR, including prime Pike Place location and full amenities in the building, not to mention the fantastic view. The 180° view of the busy harbor is stunning, and there is a Target (with full-service grocery) just downstairs. The large LG TV offers loads of entertainment apps for all ages, and the capacious washer and dryer are a real plus for road warriors. The building has exceptional amenities – gym, pool, community room with deck & BBQ facilities, and a small but full-service business room (computer, copier, scanner, shredder, fax). Listing description and photos are accurate. In sum, this is a far better value than nearby luxury hotels. You will not be disappointed here.
