Creative and quiet space in an old apartment

If what you are looking for is a good price for a good experience, the apartment is in a 4 without elevator, the popular and quiet neighborhood, they are doing construction nearby which can make noise and some occasional party, the street, the stairs could be cleaner even though it does not bring it the charm of the neighborhood itself. There is a large park, good communication by public transport and ample space for free parking. The room consists of 3 single beds that fit the number of guests. I am now in charge of 3 cats in the apartment.

Beautiful house in the Mediterranean

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay with a pool, just 15 minutes away from downtown Valencia and 25 minutes away from the beach. It is a house with lots of light and vegetation, a very pleasant, modern and cozy space to enjoy with or without children. The village has everything you need and there is a park a few steps from the house. The kitchen is spacious and has all the necessary kitchenware. Housekeeping available. A few meters away is a cluster of nice restaurants with terraces.

The room is small and clean, basic. Nadia is very helpful and reaponsive. The apartment is very quiet, it has hostel vibes, not the actual apartment with the rules set all around the walls as reminders. I would definitely go back.

This has to be one of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few! Maria is the loveliest host you'll meet - she is friendly, cooperative and very welcoming. Her home is set in beautiful, quiet surroundings of Valencia and is so clean and tidy! I would highly recommend this place which is great value and exceeds expectations.

The room was exactly as I expected. Maybe even bigger than needed. The location is also good. Although it's bordering with some industrial area, you will find everything you need not far from the house. There's beautiful park nearby with sports complex, shops, cafe and bars. The house is located near the airport, it's possible to safely walk directly from airport to airbnb in 35 minutes. Also there is a good place with gardening plots about 1 km away - very good for running. And a big mall with lots of shops 10 minutes to the west by car. Pavla is amazing host! She is polite, attentive and keeps everything in good condition. If anything happens she will do her best to immediately resolve the issue. I had a great time staying at her place and we became friends!

Jose, Marie and their daughter were the most kind, attentive and loving people. It has been a joy to stay with them, and it has made the city of Valencia feel like home. Jose helped me so much with directions and guidance so it was impossible to get lost. The check-in was very smooth, and I was breath-taken by the beautiful architecture and interior design, Marie is super talented and she even painted the door yellow to help her home stand out, when it is dark. The family are very sporty so when they found out that I like to go to gym, Marie gave me extra proteins in my breakfast, and also recommended a gym for me to go to. I didn’t pack any gym trainers so their daughter kindly let me borrow a pair. What an amazing experience, I feel very blessed and appreciative to get to know them. It was a home away from home and an experience I will cherish always! 10 out of 10 and I would definitely go back and recommend others to stay there. It is a very scenic and peaceful place.
