Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Our vacation home is suitable for max. 4 adults, the bunk bed is only for children. Please do not book with more than 4 adults. The vacation home is located in a small-scale quiet vacation park, this park is located on a large swimming lake with many hiking and biking routes. It is a quiet park, where people also come for their peace and not to party. The house has a large garden with complete privacy, with a fireplace and a pizza oven. In short, a perfect place to enjoy!

The Koetshuis has been completely renovated, so that it meets all the requirements of today. The condition was that the grandeur of bygone times would not be lost. And we succeeded. 't Ganzennest: This fully furnished detached cottage is located in the outskirts of the 8-castle village of Vorden. Due to its location, it is ideal for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers. A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated or cooled downstairs by an air conditioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in winter. There is an electric radiator. In short, enjoy this beautiful area. Not suitable for those with disabilities. Without breakfast.

Sleeping under a clear starry sky and waking up to the chirping of the birds. In the northeast of the Achterhoek, as part of our farmhouse, we have converted an old barn into a comfortable guesthouse. The cottage is in a large garden surrounded by fruit trees, free to pick. Hiking trails start directly from your accommodation, and various cycling junctions can be found a stone's throw away. Welcome and enjoy everything the beautiful Achterhoek has to offer!

A beautiful, self-built, log cabin, furnished for 2 people. It is located in the Stavasterbos, a small park, near Lochem. The log cabin has one double room with a bed 1.80 wide with 2 duvets. The cottage has a garden of about 350 m2. There is a bistro in the park. Other than that, there are no general amenities. The cottage is 3 km from the city center and is located against a beautiful forest area. There is a small shed to put away 2 bicycles.

Come and enjoy peace and space in Ruurlo. In our yard there is a cozy and fully furnished guest house with a living/bedroom, bathroom and kitchen for 2 people. Typically French - with private sauna

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and views of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden, our chickens also run loose through the garden.
