We had such an amazing time at Zeljko's house. He is an amazing host, was very reliant and took great care of us. The house is very beautiful and quiet, with a great view and even access to a garden. We couldn't have found a better place in Montenegro.

Most amazing place! So clean and has everything you need, with such a beautiful view. The host was extremely helpful and even helped us drive our car through a difficult path! Would 1000% recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at Tanja’s wonderful top floor apartment in Budva, and it exceeded our expectations. The balcony offers truly breathtaking views that made every morning and evening special. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the charming Old Town and the beautiful beach, making it easy to explore and relax without hassle. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped for a memorable stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a fantastic stay in Budva. Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. The accommodation is located in a suburb of Budva, a few km away. You absolutely need a vehicle. It is very tight in the mountains, especially wide and large cars have a hard time. The view is simply unique and that's worth it. The living room and terrace are huge and have natural air conditioning. It does not get too warm inside 😊👍

A beautiful property. Boštjan was very helpful and checked in occasionally to see if there was anything we needed. The free beer and wine provided on arrival was a nice touch after a day of travel.

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

We had a great time in Rafailovići and Andrea’s apartment was a peaceful and comfortable place to stay with a lovely leafy terrace. Her family were also very friendly and kind. Our young son enjoyed being close to the local beach (you’ll also find lots of bars and restaurants, plus a decent supermarket along the beachfront), and we also enjoyed visiting Budva Old Town and Sveti Stefan using local buses.

Property looked exactly like the photos and was very clean. Host was friendly and responsive. With a grocery store right downstairs and the sea only a few blocks away, it’s a very walkable location. Definitely recommend.

The place is great, clean, smells very nice. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Victoria is a wonderful person, very quick to respond to any messages/questions. Very helpful with the park, kindly agreed with other residents to allocate us a private parking space.

I think, it’s the best view on sea, mountains and city in Budva 😍 Perfect location, amazing apartment where you can find whatever you need. Marina is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended ❤️

Clean room. Location close to the beach, restaurants (on the beach), shops, city centre. Only thing that wasn’t good for me is distance to main street, so it was quite loudly accordingly to my standards, but guess this is a “cost” of being close to the city centre.

Everything was just amazing! The apartment was just like the photos, everything was clean and had all the needs what you need and even more. Hosts are very friendly, always replied, and helped then needed. The location of the place is also great. It has all of the necessities near and lots of great restaurants. Really liked staying there, felt like a second home!

Great apartment, clean and comfortable, has a big balcony, it's really close to the sea and supermarket. Savo responds quickly and is very helpful. All was great!

Wonderful stay in an absolutely stunning setting! The views are breathtaking and even better than the picture! Irena was extremely responsive, gave great recommendations and was able to support very quickly. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as sun beds & umbrellas to take to the beach and all the essentials such as coffee, tea, shower gel etc. I feel you do need a car as it’s 10 minutes via car to Kotor or Perast. It’s quite a considerable incline up to the apartment from the water & nearest shops so something to keep in mind. We were travelling with our 2 year old daughter and whilst it was definitely possible it was a bit of a challenge with the steps! She absolutely loved the swimming pool and the large terrace to play. Irena was even so kind to install Disney+ on the tv before our arrival which was so thoughtful. I’d definitely recommend this Airbnb it was great value and we were grateful it was peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of Kotors old town.

Absolutely beautiful place and great hosts. The scent of Jasmine immediately as you enter the property is something I will always remember. Peaceful neighbourhood. The Studio had everything we needed and host was very kind and helpful. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable. We enjoyed Budva and your home very much.

Our stay was perfect, the apartment was very clean, new, wonderful view in balcony and the bed was so comfortable. Karolina is very kind and easy talking, we had our parking place as well. It is just perfect. I highly recommend

We had a nice stay. Luka was very helpful, even when the crazy grumpy didn’t let us to park in the public parking, he offered that he’d come and talk with her. But we found another parking spot, bc we didn’t want any problem with the crazy woman. The apartment was clean, nice location

Everything was fine. The description of the apartment was true to the facts. The Host sent additional instructions on how to get to the apartment - this was very helpful. The Host was very quick to respond to all questions. The apartment has a parking space which was very helpful because there are not many parking spaces in the vicinity. It was a good point for exploring the coast and the Bay of Kotor. I recommend this apartment and the Host.

Mare was a great host and really responsible with answering messages and other requests. The place is private but not to far from the beach and in the morning has nice place for coffee! Overall really nice stay
