The house is surrounded by a spacious garden with all day sun, but also plenty of shady spots. Within walking distance are the beautiful swimming pool 't Nije Hemelriek in the woods. There are several MTB routes, a golf course and various hiking and biking routes. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a comfortable living room, kitchen, utility room and spacious garden.

In this former farmhouse there are 2 guest rooms on the 1st floor: 'Royal' and 'Comfort'. One is a bit bigger and more luxurious than the other. In both rooms together there is space for max. 5 guests, plus possibly a baby. The area is beautiful. Forest and heath are nearby, but also amenities such as restaurants and a supermarket. The management is in the hands of Roland van Balen and Martha Marjenburgh, both visual artist. There is also a lot of art, both from your own hand and from other makers.

This chalet is located at campsite de Lente van Drenthe in Gasselte in a wooded area. In the forest, you can take beautiful hiking and/or bike rides. At the campsite starts also an MTB route of almost 30 km. At about 200 meters from the campsite you will find recreational lake Nije Hemelriek, the swimming lake Gasselterveld and the largest open air water park of the Netherlands DX ADVENTUREPARK. IN HIGH SEASON RENTAL IS AT LEAST 1 WEEK!
