Durch unsere zentrale Lage sind wir idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge nach Bad Doberan, Kühlungsborn und Rostock. Gerne kann das Auto, durch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr, stehen bleiben. Bei Anreise wird eine Kurtaxe erhoben, diese beträgt in der Hauptsaison 2 €/Person und in der Nebensaison 1 €/Person. Gebühr pro Haustier/ Nacht 10 €

Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn“. The accommodation is about 40 sqm. They have a separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we offer 2 visits to the Baltic Sea cinema. A parking lot is also available. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach approx. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery approx. 10 minutes to the train station

The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.
