Holiday rentals with beach access in Borghetto Santo Spirito

Lanzo is between Aurelia and the sea. The house, in a building completely renovated recently, is very clean and tidy, third floor with two huge balconies. The equipment is perfect, and the spaces are well used. Less than a 5-minute walk to the sea and a 15-minute walk from downtown. Six supermarkets are a 3-minute drive to the area. The host was very kind and made us find mineral water in the fridge and a small cadeau was welcome. A pleasant point of reference.

We have a wonderful experience at this Airbnb. The view is absolutely amazing and you are right across the street from a beautiful beach for swimming. The hosts have thought of everything you might need and even left a little gift for our baby. Great location for visiting menton or day trips to other gorgeous coastal towns. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The location was perfect - with an extraordinary and fascinating view that inspired us every day. We would especially like to highlight Gabriella: Her reception was warm, open and very hospitable. We felt completely comfortable and welcome from the first moment. The accommodation is absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

The apartment is wonderfully bright, especially the living room is very nice and cozy. In the evening, it is a bit noisy due to the great location near the beach and the restaurants. However, we would stay there again if we were in Alassio again. Thank you so much dear Alma.

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

A beautiful place with an incredible view of the beach and sea. The location is superb, right in the middle of the wonderful carruggi in Varazze. We loved stepping outside for our morning croissant and coffee at Gatto Nero. With the apartment being high up we felt so peaceful everytime we returned home from a day exploring. There is a lift so access is also easy. And we loved the air con ! Excellent wifi also 👌 Maria doesnt speak English so we met using google translate and whattsapp and the check in and check out was very easy. Maria responded so quickly to messages and all our questions throughout the booking were answered quickly. Maria was very smiley and friendly and offered lovely local recommendations and we enjoyed our lunch at Vino e Cucino. This truly was a lovely place in a truly lovely place. We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city center of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to the ice cream and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top hostess. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

Everything was just great

Raymond and his son were lovely hosts. Our stay in menton was great. Their house is easy to access via the bus route. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The outdoor area was relaxing with lovely views. We would recommend, and we would stay again!

Federico and Gemma welcomed us warmly with our dog and were present throughout with tips and advice. They even drew our attention to an upcoming storm and provided us with the garage for our vintage car in time. All in all very pleasant and everything according to the description. We'll be back.

Manuela's accommodation is small but perfectly organized, nothing is missing and it is very comfortable for 3 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, as is the bathroom, and you sleep very well despite being in the center thanks to the double glazing that perfectly insulates from outside noise. The location is super central and Manuela is welcoming, polite and helpful, a perfect hostess.

Amazing view, well adapted for big families. Perfect garden for enjoyfull dinner.

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a bed rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed any other comforts for him such as a cot or high chair. The area is excellent because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

We had a wonderful week in Nadia's accommodation. Eating breakfast and dinner on the balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful. It also suited us to stay near the sea and we easily took the bus to Finalborgo for cozy dinners. Nadia was helpful and very friendly and answered the questions that arose during the stay. Very great holiday resort for a short break! For four people in good weather, the accommodation was just the right size (for 6, I imagine it would be very cramped). Communication with Michele is very good! He is super fast in responding to every request. Beach, shops, cafes very close. Old town within 15 minutes' walk.

The apartment is very nice and welcoming. Located in a quiet area, it is between Loano and Pietra Ligure, so that both are easily accessible on foot. Paola was very helpful, flexible and friendly in providing information regarding the reservation. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

We had a really nice 4 days! The house was clean, tidy and spacious...also the landlady left us a perfect vanishing bed for our daughter! The apartment is also really comfortable, 5 minutes on foot and you are at the sea...the car forgets it... we recommend it and we will definitely be back!

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.
