A newly renovated cottage in the village of Störlinge, on the eastern side of the island of Öland. Fresh and bright with new furniture and interior Here it is close to the sea and nature. Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cabin and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here, it's so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Bathroom with 2 large jetties. If you want to go on a longer trip, there is Köpingsvik, Solliden, Slottruinen and much more to explore within cycling distance. There is one more building on the property but no tenant there.

Large, spacious kitchen and living room on one floor. A large bedroom with 180 cm bed and spacious wardrobes. Bathroom with double sink and shower. As well as a lovely outdoor room with a unique view of Borgholm Castle. The garden is completely private. In the basement, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and sauna/whirlpool tub, toilet, shower, hobby room/pub.
