Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous étions deux familles : deux couples et 5 enfants en tout, et la maison nous est apparue très spacieuse. La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique, et c'est un plaisir renouvelé chaque jour que de la contempler. En outre la maison est située à un endroit idéal pour visiter la région. Location hautement recommandée!

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

This property is in a stunning setting with beautiful local towns. We really enjoyed our stay after busy city visits. Host offered great hospitality and perfect suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

Hier ist die überarbeitete Version mit dem Zusatz zur Umgebung und dem Wunsch, wiederzukommen: ⸻ Die Unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen, idyllischen Gegend und ist perfekt, um abzuschalten und zu entspannen. Das Haus war sauber und die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Ilaria war jederzeit freundlich und unkompliziert – alles hat super geklappt. Das Highlight ist der große, sehr gepflegte Garten mit vielen verschiedenen Pflanzen – ein richtig schönes, grünes Paradies. Der Pool macht das Ganze noch besser. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder!

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

We arrived at Sonia’s place late evening where Sonia and her husband met us on arrival. She explained everything to us and had left a tray of fresh vegetables, fruit and bread which was a lovely. The house and garden was beautiful, along with a lovely swimming pool which was rather chilly but we still swam in it and found it very refreshing! It was peaceful and private, the house was immaculate and Sonia was very approachable and easy to get hold of. I would highly recommend this place to stay at, we loved it. One day we may be back, who knows!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

From the moment we were greeted by Isabella, Massimo and their son, to the moment we said goodbye we felt right at home. The house is well located. It was nice to leave the hustle of the old city and retreat to the expansive peaceful terrace of the house for an “aperitivo” before dinner. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well after long days of touring. One of our favorite things was collecting water from the town spring, which was just a few doors away.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Monsummano Terme, viajamos con nuestro perrito y fue recibido muy bien por Antonia y toda su familia. El departamento es acogedor, bonito y está muy bien equipado para cocinar. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta-media. La zona es muy segura y cerca de muchos lugares de interés.

Da elisabetta siamo stati benissimo, tutti i servizi sono stati impeccabili, a partire dal check in dove elisabetta è stata flessibile riguardo all’orario è estremamente disponibile. la casa è perfettamente attrezzata di tutto il necessario e impeccabile a livello di pulizia. l’ ambientazione poi è da sogno. consiglio assolutamente un soggiorno, non ve ne pentirete!

The hosts were very kind and welcoming. 7 Panorama was spotlessly clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need or want.We especially appreciated the breakfast supplies and the bottle of Tuscan wine. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege nochmals bei Sandro und seiner zauberhaften Frau für den herzlichen Empfang bedanken! Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in ihrem Haus! Die Besitzer sind sehr sehr freundlich und waren flexibel, trotz unserer kurzfristigen Buchung. Man hat uns persönlich begrüßt und persönlich verabschiedet. Die beiden sind großartige Vermieter! Ich habe 3 große Hunde (2 Weimaraner, 1 Herdenschutzhund) und es war absolut kein Problem, diese mitzubringen. Natürlich sind meine Hunde auch brav :) aber des Öfteren musste ich in der Vergangenheit die Erfahrung machen, das andere Vermieter nur 1 Hund oder kleine Hunde akzeptieren- hier war das absolut kein Problem und auch kein Vorurteil, wie es mir oft passiert! Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!!! Das Haus ist sehr sauber & toll eingerichtet. Großes Dankeschön :) wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons passé 6 jours dans un endroit cosy, décoré avec goût. Allessandra et Égizia étaient très accueillantes et très soucieuses de notre bien être. Si nous revenons dans cette région, nous ne manquerons pas de reprendre contact. Bon compromis pour visiter Florence. belle région de Pistoia.

We had a relaxing & peaceful time in Capannori at ‘roof tiles’ This stone home was not fancy but traditional and had all we required for our stay in the breathtaking countryside. It wasn’t the easiest to find or access due to the steep gravel driveway, but that’s what made it secluded and special. We enjoyed wonderful walks in the forests & nearby villages where we met many friendly & kind locals. A great place to decompress after a busy time in Florence, & only short but very beautiful drives to lovely Lucca & Pisa. Don’t expect 5 star fanciness, but a place with all you need to experience & enjoy the Tuscan landscape! I’ve never heard such a cacophony of birdsong - blissful !

La maison de Chiara est spacieuse , propre et très bien équipée. Elle est bien située pour visiter de nombreux sites de Toscane à commencer par Montecatini Alto, très joli et accessible en voiture ou par le funiculaire. Nous avons été particulièrement sensibles à la gentillesse de nos hôtes avec lesquels nous avons eu des échanges très cordiaux, à leur désir de faire plaisir, notamment avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciés! Nous les en remercions. Nous remercions également le papa et le frère qui nous ont chaleureusement accueillis malgré notre arrivée plus tardive que prévu, et qui ont été de bon conseil. Un très bon souvenir!

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful places and my time in Italy was absolutely wonderful. I adored reading in the hammock and loved their cat! Monica and Franco are fabulous. Grazie Mille!

Beautiful place. Clotilde is friendly and helpful. Tranquil large garden and fantastic pool. Great for kids, our one year old loved running around in the grass. Excellent kitchen for cooking at home. Location is very convenient to Lucca and some charming small towns. The Esselunga in Pescia (10 min drive) is one of the best supermarkets I’ve ever seen.

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

Our stay in Domenica's place was absolutely flawless. It's a beautiful surrounding, we stayed for 2 weeks and the house facilitates everything you'll need nicely. Only small drawback is the shower cabin which is somewhat small. But everything you need is in close proximity (if you go by car anyway) and all the go-to places in Tuscany are easy to reach. Domenica was very helpful and offered us own-made food several times which was top notch, especially the pizzas. I can absolutely recommend this place!

Akribisch renoviertes und liebevoll möbliertes altes Steinhaus mit 2 begrünten Terrassen am Rande eines Weilers, umgeben von Olivenhainen, völlig ruhig, keine weitere Infrastruktur. A/C mit Heizfunktion. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Il nostro soggiorno all’Antico Podere Sant’Anna è stato molto piacevole. Cercavamo un luogo tranquillo dove poter stare con la nostra bimba ma che ci permettesse di raggiungere il centro di Pistoia in poco tempo, e così è stato. Sara è stata super disponibile ed è venuta incontro alle nostre esigenze. Per chi ama la tranquillità, essere circondati dal verde ma comunque godere della vicinanza del centro, é il posto perfetto!

Spacious and clean apartment with all necessities provided. Ideally located within walking distance to restaurants (Central was exceptional) and shops and with comfortable driving distance to Lucca, Pisa, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence & Montecarlo. Host (Sabrina) was very helpful and responsive. Breakfast @ Cafe’ New York was good with outdoor seating. Highly recommend & we will be back!
