The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

Your data is shared only with the police and the municipality. There aren't many elevators in Venice: you'll have to climb around 50 steps, but they aren't very steep.
