The house is very well situated between Atri and Pineto, and has a fantastic view of the surroundings, ocean and sunset (probably sunrise as well). Paola and Carmine were extremely responsive and gave plenty of good suggestions. The place is also very well equipped if you’re planning on cooking. The only slight downside is that, being just off the road, you can hear the cars going by when you’re in the garden. But even considering that, the place is great value for money.

Massimiliano's house is very pleasant, cool despite the heat because the air circulates very well; you can enjoy the countryside near the sea. Massimiliano was very helpful since our arrival and nice during our stay. The neighbors, relatives of Massimiliano, were also welcoming and friendly. We had a great time, a very nice and relaxing week of vacation, with many things to do and see, but also enjoy the apartment. Ester and Lorenzo

I enjoyed my stay. Roberto provided very good insights about the surrounding area. What I loved most, is that he provided a bicycle! The beach is close and quiet, not very touriste, but if you prefer busy, it's very close. One thing... it's very close to a major road AND train tracks.

We have a wonderful, peaceful and nice holiday in Isabell apartment. There are everything you need, nice kitchen, two bedrooms and bathroom, nice if you have teenager 😊.Isabella is perfect, all information right when you need it,about local places and people,beach and of course about the apartment.She even have accessories for the 🏖️ and games, books.
