We had a very pleasant stay in the B&B, the rooms were clean and we did not experience any problems with the shared breakfast room.

Ivana runs a beautiful bed & breakfast & we very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment is immaculate with comfortable beds & fabulous bathroom/shower. Ivana provided home made treats for breakfast & cleaned daily once we had left the apartment. She was very easy to communicate with prior to our stay & flexible with our changing check in times. The restaurant next door is wonderful & if you're lucky enough to stay on a weekend you'll be able to experience the brilliant local markets.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Walter's B&B. The owner has always been very helpful in providing us with information and advice, including about the beach that is just a few steps away. The highlight is definitely the breakfast: truly excellent.

We were greeted by Maurizio's parents. Very kind and very nice people. We met Maurizio for breakfast the next day, he gave us useful directions and served an excellent breakfast (homemade cookies and cakes). We needed to repair the bikes, they came up with us resolving the problem. The accommodation was as advertised, impeccable cleanliness. I recommend it and will definitely be back again. Thank you very much Valentina and Matteo, the location of the house is convenient to go to Venice and Mestre, the house is clean and tidy, the wooden structure is very quiet, and the large garden is very suitable for children.Our family spent a relaxing and comfortable weekend. Valentina and Matteo are a very loving family. Here, you can feel their love for nature and their dedication to life.Looking forward to coming back.

Lovely place to stay during our summer visit. Beautiful scenery and quick access to many trails and gondolas! Burz restaurant is a must try when in area!

We cannot say enough good things about our stay with Betti, other than, we wish had been longer. This was our kind of B&B, off the beaten path, quiet, GREAT restaurant right below us(but not noisy in the evening). Betti is so knowledgeable about EVERYTHING! She helped us with bus & train schedules, sites to see, and even drove & picked us up, to a local archeological museum (HIGHLY recommend if you're in to this kind of thing.) Breakfast was local cheeses, meat, yogurt with a cereal choice, and several beverage choices. A lite breakfast (for us Americans), but perfect for on vacation. Also, we had mentioned that this was our 25th wedding anniversary trip & when we arrived to our room the 2nd night there was a bottle of wine and 2 glasses! So kind, so sweet. We highly recommend Betti's place and truly hope to some day get back to explore more of this historically important area. Loved our visit, only wish were able to stay longer to explore. We stayed at this property from December 21 to 24. The hospitality of the place is nothing short of fantastic considering the view, the ease of finding the place and parking just a few steps from the entrance. The staff was very nice in the welcome and service. The room was perfect, also equipped with pleasant details. Excellent mattresses and pillows, hairdryer, microwave and punctual breakfast as well as abundant and varied, both sweet and savory. Pots, cutlery, cups all perfect as well as the cleanliness of the room. The village of Capriana in the evening only makes it even more magical. Highly recommended!!

Sabrina and Riccardo, with their kindness and friendliness, made us feel at home. The house is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and is very easy to get to the village. You can take beautiful and relaxing walks nearby starting directly from the house on foot or others more challenging by driving a few tens of minutes. Highly recommended both for those who want to relax and for those who want to explore! Thanks again!!

Andrea was a wonderful host and this beautiful place is definitely worth a visit! The breakfast is stunning and Andrea is very helpful giving information about local places and restaurants to visit in the area.

This was the perfect spot to visit Venezia, and Mariangela and Lorenzo made us feel like at home. Large and comfortable bed, huge bathroom and direct access to the terrace. We parked the car inside the gate and left it there as the train station is 1 min walk (25 min into Venezia). Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the same town also walking distance. Thanks again guys I won’t hesitate to come back!
