The rooms are our former children's rooms and are located on the second floor. The studio (combined living/sleeping room) has a size of about 30 square meters (sloping ceilings) with a loggia. The double bed has a size of 1.80 × 2.00 m. In the small room (16 sqm) is the kitchenette and a sofa, which can be converted into a bed (1.40 x 2 m) if necessary. Guests with little space requirement can rent it separately under "Room near the canal." The two rooms include a small shower room. Children only from 10 years.

Approx. 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (sloping ceilings are to be expected) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our residential building in Büdelsdorf, is centrally, but still quietly located. It has its own entrance, hallway, bedroom with double bed. The living area is equipped with seating such as a dining table with chairs, a bench, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a toilet/shower.

The apartment, about 40 square meters, is located on the second floor in an old townhouse from 1905 in which we have also lived on the first floor for 20 years. Our renovation motto was: Reuse instead of throwing away. Not only we, but also chickens, cats and dogs are at home on our colorful and wild property.
