Stay romantic on an 18th-century farm with its own dock

For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in cultural district, with horses on the farm and access to our own dock. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature, to hike on trails or discover your own trails. You appreciate having access to a small rowing boat and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see plenty of culturally famous places. As a host couple, we are happy to showcase the farm that has been restored according to old methods. In the immediate vicinity is the golf course (Arvika 4 min) and a canoe rental.

New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Friend. Kitchen section with fridge, pour, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and vc. Air heat pump! Self outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left tidy, clean and tidy! Welcome!

Wonderful year-round accommodation. Close to nature with wildlife, forest walks and silence. You'll love our place because of the neighborhood and the outside space. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Car is needed because there is no public transport. Nearest grocery store Edane, 10 km. Bank,post office,train station and pizzeria are in Edane, to the city of Arvika 25 km. A short forest walk from the accommodation to Lake Värmeln. Close to Arvika golf course, an 18 hole course.

Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Big wooden deck with own jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. Cows and calves are in the garden that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. The beach is rocky. I have an older rowboat by the lake that you can use freely. Good fishing.
