If you are looking for the red house with white knots, you have come to the right place. If you want to go to the lake and swim (5-minute walk), it is excellent. The beach is rocky. There are cows in the pasture in summer that you have to go through to get to the lake. There is also an older rowboat that can be used freely. Wi-Fi is available. Desk is available. No TV. You have access to the entire lower floor. Upstairs, there is an artist.

Private parking space with room for 3 cars. Directly adjacent to the lake and 12 km by car to the large square in Karlstad. Small oak with electric motor is available if desired. If you have your own boat with you, you can put it by the jetty. In summer, you can borrow a smaller boat with an electric motor (see picture)

Ofta kan man se både rådjur och älg i trädgården. Nu har livet ute i naturen också utökats med vildsvin. På våren blommar de vackra äppelträden och husen är omgivna av flera olika sorters vackra lövträd.
