My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

The little house, which is situated on the common land with the family house we live in. The house has a terrace with a fireplace and a sitting area overlooking the garden. There are 2 separate rooms and a bathroom with the sauna (for 2 people), which can be used. Bedroom has a queen bed, the living room is equipped with a pull-out couch offering comfortable sleep for 2 guests. There is no kitchen, so you can´t cook. The apartment is very spacious - app. 70m2, a large bathroom, a living room with a projector, a bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200) and crib and a desk. Everything from the check in, to the check out was great. Apartment is so specious, clean and spotless, Everything is brand new and modern, clean lines. Once you walk in you feel like “I can live here”. There are plenty of dishes in the kitchen that everyone can chose glass/mug/ plate they like. One revuew mentioned that there was no window coverings. Whoever there are electric operated blinds that must have been pulled all the way up. Once they are down they provide great privacy and shade. Location worked out for us great since we traveled every day to different area, mostly to Austria. There is shopping mall near by, supermarket, restaurants and small playground on premises. Two assigned parking spots, one in the garage, one in front of the building. I would highly recommend this place. For people who are visiting from US or other far away destinations and would need a base place while traveling through Europe this is a great spot.
