Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Borjomi

Clean, nice apartment in Crystal resort. I have been in several apartments in Crystal complex, but this was the best apartment, where I stayed. Apartment has big balcony with nice view. Yes, you should take with you your own towels (or take from reception for fee) and hygiene stuff like toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, but such situation is in all Crystal apartments. We will definitely next time come also to this apartment.

გვანცასთან ურთიერთობაზედა მის ბინასთან შესახებ მინდა დავწერო ერთი სიტყვით: Super ♥️. ურთიერთობის პირველი წუთიდან ჩვენს შორის ჩამოყალიბდა დადებითად აურა, რომელიც ბოლომდე გაგვყვა მეც და ჩემს მეუღლესთან და აისახა ჩემს პატარა გოგონაზე 1,2 წლის. ახლა რაც შეეხება ბინას: ადგილმდებარეობა იდეალურია, პირდაპირი ტყეში. მე ბაკურიანი დავდივარ უკვე 50 წელია და გამახსენა ძველი ბაკურიანი, წყნარი და სუფთა ჰაერით, რასაც სამწუხაროდ ვერ ვიტყვი ე.წ. ახალ ბაკურიანზე, სადაც ძალიან მჭიდრო განაშენიანებაა და გადაადგილების პრობლემაა. ვილა მონტეში არასდროს შემქმნია პარკინგის პრობლემა. ბინა: იდეალურია.სუფთა, ნათელი,მზიანი და წყნარი. ინვენტარი სამზარეულოში სრული. ინტერნეტი და ცხელი წყალი -იდეალური. და კიდევ ერთი: მე ბავშვობიდან თხილამურებით ვარ გატაცებული და მინდა გავამახვილო ყურადღება, რომ გვანცასთან ყველაზე ადვილად მიხვდება ყველაზე კარგ სასრიალო ტრასაზე, რომლებიც არის კოხტა და მიტარბი. დიდველის ტრასას არ გირჩევთ -ქარიანია. თუმცა არც ესაა პრობლემა.ამ ფაქტორების გათვალისწინებით აუცილებლად ვესტუმრებით გვანცას. ♥️

დიდი და კომფორტული ბინაა. მასპინძელი ძალიან ოპერატიული იყო. ბინა რეალურად უკეთესია, ვიდრე ფოტოებზე ჩანს.

Location is just fantastic. Beautiful view of Greenery from the balcony and lots of lovely walks in the area. Apartment was comfortable, clean and provided everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Plenty of parking available. Great value for money - would definitely recommend! Thank you Mariam

Квартира прекрасная, из окна виден весь Боржоми. Туристический центр и парк рядом. В квартире чисто и приятно находиться, все продумано до мелочей кухня, ванная и жилые комнаты. В соседней квартире проживает отличный гид Альберт, за короткое время рассказал и показал местные достопримечательности. С удовольствием ещё раз приедем в Боржоми и обязательно остановимся у Марии.

Honest opinion from a Canadian skier and Airbnb host. Konstantine was great to help us find this apartment despite the language challenges. He responded quickly despite not being in the area. His friend helped us in and showed us how to use the heaters. One must remember that Georgia has some differences in culture and customs but I think there could be more blankets for the spare sofa bed and the whole apartment could use a better overall cleaning. Lastly, Georgian language is difficult to translate so expect some challenges when communicating in English. Overall however this apartment was an excellent find and most certainly worth the price. Thank you for having us.

The big apartment .very good location. near to everything. Konstantine is a very responsible and hospitable person. We liked the stay very much and recommend it to everyone especially to family with kids.

Nata is a brilliant hostess, she always helped us with any questions, and the stay in the house was very comfortable and wonderful. the house has warm water, light, washing machine and mini fridge! on the top floor there is a large free terrace for watching movies and dining with a breathtaking view of the Borjomi hills!🤩

The place is very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Manana was very helpful with everything involved and always responded quickly to any inqueries (in fluent german). We will definitely book this place again! Highly recommended!

Nice house, peaceful neighborhood. We stayed there with 8 people and we fit perfectly. Each room had a bathroom and shower..We used the kitchen to cook breakfast. The host provided us with firewood for the fireplace the sauna was very pleasant as well.

Красивый приятный деревянный домик, достаточно места для двух пар, чисто. Можно с кошками. Отзывчивый хозяин, быстро решил вопрос с заменой лампочки и мангалом. От входной двери тянуло холодом, есть щель, но можно было самим отрегулировать отопление, поэтому не замерзли. И было бы здорово добавить света, для чтения или настольных игр маловато, пришлось снять плафоны, чтоб было хоть немного лучше. Расположение с машиной отличное, до всех горнолыжных подъемников 10-15 минут. В целом, остались довольны.

The host was incredibly responsive and made our stay seamless. We found the place with ease, thanks to her friend who kindly waited on the street to guide us. The accommodation in Batumi had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Although the apartment was on the third floor, which made carrying heavy luggage a bit challenging, the overall experience was fantastic.

Eine absolute Empfehlung! Very friendly host! Die Suite war super sauber, sehr geräumig und toll eingerichtet. An der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt. Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 👍

Great location at the centre of Borjomi, effortless check-in. The apartment is very clean and warm. Elene helped to find a great driver for a tour.
