Apartment holiday rentals in Borjomi Mineral Water

my partner and i had a wonderful time here 💗💗 we stayed for a little over a week and basically had no real issues! the location was really nice (cafe iggy was really close<3). id recommend bringing warm shoes as the floor is rly cold but the heating worked nicely after first day, it was a bit cold before but we slept with two blankets and it was fine at night :)) the shower is really nice and the house is equipped with everything we needed, one of the most prepared flats we have ever been to, everything was there! 🩷 the host was really nice and even gave us extra bedsheets if we needed to change them, even offered to help change them 🥹💕💕 there are three cats aroumd the building, sometimes they would jump on the windowpane and we always made sure to feed and pat them, please take care of them if you can, even though the building habitants already feed them 💜💜 also, cute dogs!!!! thank you for everything.

Ana is definitely an amazing host. we loved the place, it's great for short stay, very clean and cosy apartment. Thanks also for suggesting few must see places in Borjomi. highly recommended her place.

Wonderful apartments. Very clean, comfortable and cozy inside. Everything you need and even more is there. They treated us to very tasty wine.

Аппартаменты очень хорошо расположены, с видом на реку и гору, на тихой улице. Неподалёку есть несколько хороших ресторанов и в 10 минутах неспешной ходьбы центральный парк Боржоми. На кухни есть всё необходимое для приготовления. Заселение прошло легко. Никаких проблем на протяжении нашего проживания не возникало.

Das Haus entspricht absolut den Bildern, ist sehr sauber und absolut gemütlich und super ausgestattet! Wir haben sogar eine Flasche selbst gemachten Wein bekommen. Hier kann man richtig zur Ruhe kommen und abschalten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und Aleksandra ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Vielen Dank :)

The flat was nice and cozy, we enjoyed the huge shower and the terrace where to sit at night and sip a glass of wine. We felt completely at home, the apartment had everything we needed for a week stay in Borjomi: it was a good shelter for a rainy day as well as a comfortable resting place after hiking in the nearby's nature. Vato, his sister and his friends provided the best neighborhood we could have, nice and attentive people. The communication was perfect, almost moving when we said goodbye to each other. We even decided to stay more than planned while we where there and there were no problem to adjust terms and duration. Should we come back to Borjomi, we would definitely choose Vato again.

great apartment, can recommend in my opinion, the best location - great view and sound of the river and birds very nice communication with the owner clean and exactly what you can see on the photos I stayed here for a month and can say that this place suitable for long and short stay I would stay here again if I would come to Borjomi

Рекомендую! Все было замечательно. Очень уютное жилье, это двухэтажный отель в частном секторе с несколькими номерами на каждом этаже. Очень близко от парка и туристической зоны. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть отель с медициной, процедурами, бассейном-саунами. Мне очень понравились спа-капсулы у них - ходила релаксировать. По жилью - это теневая квартира, то есть внутри не бывает жарко, что приятно летом. Внутри много пространства. На территории на улице есть качеля и столики со стульями, где можно приятно проводить время. Все расположено в тени. Прибегают познакомиться голодные котики, а также дважды гуляла на участке черепашка (не представляю, где она поблизости может жить). Но встретить ее было забавно) Есть отдельная общая комната для стирки для всех гостей. Заботливая хозяйка, следит, чтобы у гостей все было - чистая губка, свежие тряпочки, моющее средство и тому подобное. Все продумано до мелочей. Мне все очень понравилось. Спасибо за уютное проживание, с удовольствием вернусь еще!

Stayed January 2025 with family and it feels like home the moment we step in… The host is super! Giga treated us not just some guest but like family, making sure we got everthing we needed for our stay, helped us in other things as well he was very responsive everytime we have any question. The place exactly as described and in the photos. Spotless, spacious and equipped with everything we could posibly need… Supermarkets, bakery and butcher right next door, its very convenient. Plus if you have kids like us, park and playground is just across the road by the river with stunning views of the mountains… Plenty of free parking in the area… We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose the same when we visit again…

A cozy place, where you have everything you need for four people to stay in. It was very clean, and Anna was very helpful. Also there is a good 24/7 grocery store nearby and spa facilities in nearby Bakuriani Inn. Definitely recommend this place to stay in!

Amazing place this stay, although getting there was little difficult as the roads were under construction, but it worth the place

We stayed for 12 nights in Borjomi at Platon’s cozy appartment. Great location in 10 minute walk distance from the entrance to the Central Park, clean, well equipped, we found everything we needed. The host was very friendly and responsive, immediately reacted to any message. We recommend this place for 2 and even a couple with a child. For us this was a wonderful opportunity for a quiet relaxing accomodation surrounded with all the best that Borjomi has to offer.

Het huis is heel fijn. Het ligt direct naast de piste, skilift en skiverhuur. Het huis is heel schoon en nieuw. In de keuken ligt alles wat je nodig hebt. En de omgeving is prachtig. Dit is zeker een aanrader.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Revaz’s Airbnb. The place was well-maintained and matched the description perfectly. Communication with the host was smooth, and he was responsive to any questions I had. Overall, a great place with a welcoming atmosphere—highly recommended!

A fantastic few days, very comfortable apartment, easy to access the slopes and ski lift at Crystal Resort. Supermarket opposite and Bar Aspen 2 min walk. Would definitely stay again

I think this apartment is the best choice for people who came for a short-time and for vacation.
 It quite close to the ski (Crystal and Didveli). Nearly easy to find cafes and shops. 
Also Glovo works here what is actually good. The building has good reception and spa service.
The host is kind and nice. 

But for me personally i have so things which I’d like to highlight.
The 1st one is terrible wifi. If you want to work - it’s absolutely imposible. 
We spent here 1 month and every day we have troubles with terrible Internet. We bought mobile internet once came to Bakuriani - and it was the only way to participate in the calls, or watch some movies.
 Also view from the windows - to the construction. During the night they use spotlights and they shine through the windows. For me it’s ok - but for some people maybe not.
 Apartment doesn’t have washer and washer services is really expensive. For 2 people it was more than 100Gel. What is twice more than in 4 stars hotel in Tbilis.
 Price for breakfast in hotel restaurant is super big as well. 40Gel for person for breakfast. In any restaurant you could have dinner for 2 persons for 40Gel.
 Just a quick note that the things I didn’t like mostly related with the building not an apartment. Anyway it’s a good place for vacation:)

I really enjoyed my stay. Great apartment and location. If you are lazy to cook, there’s a great place Qartuli Gemo nearby. Good value for money (:

The place was excellent and exactly as described. The host was very attentive, calling me several times to check if I was enjoying my stay and if I needed anything. It was reassuring to know he genuinely cared about my comfort. I highly recommend staying here
