Der er trægulve overalt.Der er 2 soverum og sovesofa i stuen og opvaskemaskine. Der er ny varmepumpe aircondition. Der er ugeneret have hvor der kan sættes telt op - samt gode parkeringsforhold. Der er også en grill. I byen Hvidbjerg er der cafeer og isbutik. Der findes gode cykel- og gåture i det smukke område. Der er tv og wifi. Legeplads Gimlegrunden 800m.

I hjertet af Odense, finder du/I vores over 100 år gamle rødstensvilla. På 1. salen (øverste etage) er der indrettet en lejlighed med soveværelse, stue, køkken samt badeværelse med stort badekar. Derudover er der en 50 kvm stor tagterrasse, med udsigt over den smukke Assistenskirkegård. Lejligheden er tæt på meget tæt på byen og letbanen. Vi er en familie på fem, som bor i stueetagen. Vores børn er 3, 6 og 9 år. Der er adgang til vores have inkl. trampolin, som vi også selv bruger.

Cozy old cottage in the first row. The garden goes directly down to the beach. The original house is old but well maintained. The newly built conservatory, which has a direct view of the sea, makes the house a pleasure all year round. Please note that the rooms are small and what we describe as an annex, for lack of a better word, can only be considered an extra bedroom that is 8 meters from the main house. The price includes consumption of electricity, water and heat.
