This was our second time at Phils, first time to celebrate my 70th second time for my husbands 75th. When I asked my family where they wanted to celebrate my husbands 75th birthday it was Phils place. Its perfect for our multi-generational family, amples of space and the pool and hot tub are the icing on the cake. We all had the best time and we made lots of memories. Thank you Phil for the use of your lovely home.

Beautiful cottage and we had a fantastic time here. Poppy Cottage is extremely comfortable. We all slept great. Spacious kitchen and lovely garden to relax in. A really great property. Thank you for a great stay 😊

The property and the location was absolutely amazing , me and my friends have made some amazing memories there. The property felt luxurious and there were soo many personalised gifts for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. the host was very responsive whenever we had any questions I would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a country escape and I know I want to go back in the future.

Lovely stay, the farm was beautiful and the animal feeding was the highlight of our childrens’ stay. Pool was great, super clean everywhere, and they provided maps of local walks which we utilised too. Couldn’t have asked for much more.

2nd time we’ve been here as a group of ageing Dad’s getting away for a weekend together - and for the 2nd time it’s been exactly what we’ve wanted - we will be back again for certain

We had a fantastic stay , the barn was beautiful ,mike was very helpful and friendly. My granddaughters was very happy to see the baby chicks hatching and the lovely fresh eggs went down well for breakfast , we didn't use the pool has the girl's was bad and and it would be nice if it was in with the price , £40 a day is a bit much if ur there for a few days and only using it for about an hour or so a day . A fantastic place well worth a visit

We stayed for 2 nights at Delanie's property to celebrate my wife's 40th birthday. The house and it's facilities are amazing. The pool Hot Tub and bar area really make this an amazing place to celebrate birthday's and the like. Warm welcome and a great hamper upon check in and always on hand for any issues. Highly recommend this place if your looking for a luxury break away. Will be looking to return in the future.

Michelle’s cottage is perfect for a quiet holiday away! It has been tastefully updated and modernized in a way that ties in beautifully with the original features of the home. The views from the garden are spectacular, and it’s great to be so close to all of the amenities of town yet feel like you are so remote! Overall great experience staying here as a family with two children, it was the perfect place to relax!

We had a wonderful few days at Winkley Hall Farm. Fantastic property in a wonderful, peaceful location with everything you need for a relaxing, long weekend break. Our communication with our hosts was great from the moment we booked, to arrival and throughout our stay. And the lovely welcome gift was an added surprise and greatly appreciated! We were sad to leave and would definitely recommend this property, and will look to return at some point in the future.

The property is pretty good overall and good value. I would say almost everything was absolutely fine. Nice bed, bedding. Good quality towels. Nice Kitchen and Bathroom with everything you will need to use as a temporary home. Great Smart Telly which was nice. Only thing is the house could be improved by some paint touch ups. Bathroom door was a bit shabby, but it wasn't anything that would put me off booking this property again. The downstairs could benefit from a little lamp unless you don't mind sitting under a dazzling ceiling light all evening. But overall yeah good. I'll definitely be booking this again.

House was immaculate and if anything above expectations. Had no Wi-Fi but this was well communicated and was even asked if it was a problem before we had the reservation confirmed. It wasn’t an issue for me which is why we booked . Also this isn’t a complaint it’s a compliment for the consideration of Kershay to check first. Would definitely stay again, great host and great house. Also has an amazing chippy across the street, best gravy I’ve had in along time .

Cute little place right next to the National Trust Hardcastle crags great walks. Lovely kitchen everything you need, nice treats, fresh milk, fresh eggs, chocolates, marmalade, bread, bottle of fizz. Lovely games in the Chest if drawers for the whole family. Well equipped Kitchen with everything you need love the orange vibe going to use a bit of that inspiration in my new kitchen!

We stayed as Garry had some church business over the Easter so decided to make a break of it. Mark was a fantastic host, very responsive and left lots of lovely treats. House well equipped and modern with a fabulous bathroom and nice master bedroom and kitchen. It is off quite a busy road, so has many local shops and takeaways on the doorstep. It is on a residential street but the neighbours were friendly enough I imagine parking could be a bit of an issue sometimes. We had a nice break and had some nice food and drinks while there. Thanks again Mark.

We returned home yesterday after our stay at Wycoller Cottage. We didnt want to leave, we had an amazing time. Beautiful Cottage in a beautiful setting. Theresa is really lovely and very responsive when I required any help or advice. I would 100% recommend staying at this stunning cottage xx

Had a lovely stay at Kirsty’s property in Barnoldswick! Property was beautiful, very quaint and had everything needed for a wonderful stay. House was clean, kitchen stocked with milk and coffee/tea facilities and furniture very comfy. Only thing I had to liaise with Kirsty about was the TV downstairs and the wifi connection to that, it cut out on the last evening however it didn’t poss an issue for us at all. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends!

Well, what can we say? We have simply had the most amazing stay for the past 5 nights at Victorias place. We really didn’t want to leave. If you enjoy long walks (from the doorstep), stunning scenery, peace and tranquility, then this is the place for you. Victoria and Ian are superb friendly hosts, and full of useful local information. The bonus to the stay was meeting Freddie💙 Our pooch Alfie loved him and it was a sheer joy watching them play rough and tumble together. The accomodation is first class too, lovely and airy with each window having a fabulous view. We will most certainly be returning. Our stay at Katie's was fabulous! The home was adorable and perfectly located, with large windows that filled the space with bright light and charming furnishings. The garden was lovely, and the location was ideal for walks in Whalley, Painter Wood, and the wider Ribble Valley. Katie was an excellent communicator, providing detailed information on local amenities, entertainment, and clear house rules. She was friendly and prompt in her responses. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at David's place. All as described, very friendly host and a beautiful surrounding. We do recommend.

We stayed here with our 4 month old baby & dog, it was our first break away with them both. Great location, 2 minute walk to shops/restaurants/bars. Cottage is beautiful, cosy yet spacious rooms (comfortably fitted travel cot in with space still) spotlessly clean, lovely comfy beds, amazing bath & a fab fenced off garden out the front with table & chairs. Hosts provide everything you could possibly need here, more than any other air b&b we have stayed in, including dog bowls & blankets. We will be booking to stay here again.
