The Metrolink serves most parts of Greater Manchester, including the airport and both Manchester United/City grounds and Co-op Live arena We are situated a 15 minute drive from Manchester city centre and a 5 minute drive from M60/junction 17

Hight restriction to 2nd floor slopping ceiling.

Built in our garden, this hideaway serves as accommodation for our large family to use when visiting. It has a large open plan kitchen/lounge diner with a sofa bed, one double bedroom, an office area, bathroom and a utility room housing the laundry facilities. It has underfloor heating and is double glazed. There is a dedicated parking space on our drive and a deck to sit on, in good weather.

Ryecroft House is a former farmhouse that dates back to the Seventeenth Century. It is situated in Ryecroft, a hamlet of half a dozen or so houses, a little less than a mile above the centre of Holmfirth. There is plenty of off-road parking and a substantial garden for guests’ use. Guests’ accommodation is the top floor of the house. Access is through the main house, so we share a staircase and hallway, but the flat itself is fully independent with a lockable entrance.

It is a walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants, a micro brewery. The Peak Forest Canal runs through Marple with some fabulous walks. We welcome max 2 dogs at a charge of £15 per dog per stay payable directly to the host.
