We had a lovely vacation,the house is very beautiful,comfortable,well located, a few steps from the city center, small shops and opposite the restaurant Lo Berlina Da Vincenzina and its excellent traditional cuisine. All ready is also the Cascate del Rio Verde regional reserve. Giovanni was a great host ,very kind and made us feel at home. Thank you Giovanni.

We took this house with friends and we really felt at home. It had everything we needed, comfortable and warm. As much as we liked it, we also decided to stay one more night. We hope to be back soon.

Beautiful house in the heart of Villa Santa María! Maria always responded very quickly and attentively! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to spend a few days in a natural environment and disconnected from the chaos. The only thing I would have liked to know is that there are several stairs to get to the property, since it is not only in the historic center but also the house is on a high floor, so I recommend moving with a light bag. (The ad says there are stairs, but I didn't think there were so many. It was also my responsibility to ask.) I would definitely come back if I'm in Chietti!

Valeria's place in Colledimezzo was perfect! It was wonderful to have a place of our own while visiting family in the town. It is centrally located near the main piazza, and was the perfect jumping off point for our stay in Abruzzo. The place matched the description and photos, and Valeria was the perfect host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend and stay there again in the future. Grazie, Valeria!
