The gîte is on the first floor of a beautiful building, under a magnificent frame, you will find all the comforts and a superb terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, large bright bathroom, a large comfortable bed, a beautiful sofa for lounging around and a desk.

In Carlux, a small village, you will find shops (grocery store and bakery) and leisure activities in the immediate vicinity (canoes, bike path, hikes and swimming along the Dordogne three minutes away). Large shopping malls are 10 minutes away. Pool shared with another gite. Closed from 09/07/2025 to 04/01/2026.

Ideally located in the countryside, close to Sarlat-la-Canéda, the Lascaux caves, the Padirac chasm and Rocamadour, you can easily discover the Dordogne and Lot. The accommodation has a total area of 40 m2 and consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom and a bathroom with toilet.
