This is a cabin with electricity, but without running water. The water is collected in a water post 60 meters from the cabin and carried into the cabin. In the cabin there is an internal pumping system that allows there to be water in the faucet in the bathroom and kitchen, as well as in the shower. There is a lot of children's equipment available at the cabin such as a high chair, crib, sled, sled board and lots of games inside. Everything is there to be used :) Fire pan can be set out. Waffle iron for the fire pan is in the shed. Firewood is included in the rent

In this place you can stay on the sunny side of Brokke. The location is central right next to Brokke alpine resort and ski slopes. The area offers great hiking opportunities, hunting, fishing and climbing. It is an end apartment on 1 floor and contains an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, bathroom/laundry room, living room and kitchen with exit to the terrace. 3 bedrooms with double beds provide sleeping space for up to 6 people. Parking by the apartment. Tenant must bring bed linen and towels. Duvets and pillows are available. The tenant must clean up after themselves.

The cabin contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a lean-to you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming opportunities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way up to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

The cabin is centrally located at Løyningsknodden on Bortelid. High standard with sauna, hot tub and large south-facing terrace with good view. The cabin is spacious and has 10 beds in 4 bedrooms plus a TV room with a sofa bed. In addition, there is room on the loft for two/three on a flat bed. A well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine, dishwasher, etc. Private laundry room with dryer, washing machine and drying cabinet covers most needs. It is possible to charge an electric car on the property.

Svært spesielt og gjennomført tømmerhus i setesdalstil. Huset har strandlinje mot Otra og spektakulær utsikt mot Reiårsfossen som ligger like ved. Lag en god middag på det store kjøkkenet i huset eller se om ungene tør å bade i den litt kalde elva. Ta bilen opp eller nedover Setesdalen og besøk ulike action-attraksjoner eller opplev utsikten og stillheten oppe på heia. Om kvelden kan dere nyte fuglesang og sove i innebygde, rosemalte senger. På vinteren er det ski inn/ut. Hytten har både varmepumpe og peis som gir god varme og kos. Den romslige loftstuen med TV, Lego og spill er perfekt for barna. Hytten passer perfekt for to familier. Er dere bare voksne anbefales maks 8 personer.

The cabin is about 125 sqm and has good standards. 3 bedrooms with family beds and single beds. 2 bathrooms, one of which has a sauna. Living room with TV. Large living room-kitchen with wood stove and panoramic views of Brokke Alpinsenter. Tiled patio with bench, table and fire pit. Towels and bed linen must be brought and it is expected that the cabin is left tidy and cleaned. Code for key box is available before arrival.
