Fine accommodation for 2-3 people in the south. Eutin. It's a 20-minute walk to the market. 15 km to the Baltic Sea. The apartment on the 2nd floor is new and furnished with attention to detail. The living room has a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa corner (sofa bed) with a large color TV. The bathroom is equipped with shower/toilet. Hairdryer, shampoo, soap, towels/linens are provided. In the bedroom there is a double bed (1.4 x 2.0 m). Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and wheels are available.

Das neu renovierte Apartment befindet sich in zentraler Lage der Rosenstadt Eutin, 50 Meter neben dem Wasserturm.200 Meter bis zum Großen Eutiner See. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Marktplatz. Inmitten der idyllischen holsteinischen Schweiz und einer wunderschönen Seen-Landschaft gelegen ist es ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die idyllische Umgebung. Bis zur Ostsee sind es. ca. 20 min. mit dem PKW. Lübeck, Kiel und HH sind gut zu erreichen. Parkmöglichkeiten sind vor dem Haus möglich.

Inmitten von Feldern und Knicks findest Du hier ein ruhiges Plätzchen am Feldrand mit Weitblick über die Ostsee, der Ostseestrand ist in 20min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Es erwartet Dich ein frisch ausgebauter 14m" grosser Bauwagen mit einem Bett (160), einer kleinen Küchenzeile und je einer Sitzgelegenheit innen/aussen. Das WC und die Dusche befinden sich in einem weiteren Bauwagen nebenan. Frisches Gemüse und Eier aus unserem Garten stehen saisonal zur Verfügung, sowie ein Klappfahrrad :)

Modern apartment for families in the attic

You can reach the apartment via an external staircase with a separate entrance, so you are completely undisturbed. The house was completely modernized a year ago, and the lower part of the house is permanently rented. Our friendly tenants with children handle the rental, and we also have children ourselves. The garden of the house is still in the making. The property itself has everything. But surely it can always be that something is still missing. We're always happy to hear from you.

Genieße die Ruhe in dem kleinen Örtchen mit Naturschutzgebiet oder entdecke in der Umgebung verschiedene Strände, Seen, Schlösser, Restaurants und vieles mehr. Herzlich willkommen auf Gut Rachut. Vor ein paar Jahren verwirklichte ich mir den Traum vom Leben auf dem Land -nun auch gemeinsam mit meinem Mann Thomas. Dieses hübsche Fleckchen Erde liegt zwischen Lübeck und Kiel - mitten in der schönen Holsteinischen Schweiz - und ist auch nur einen Katzensprung von der Ostsee entfernt. We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
