The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. The farmhouse has a restaurant open on the weekend where you can eat on a reservation in the same company. You can buy wines, charcuterie and jams of your own production. In the accommodation is available all for a small breakfast, the cleaning will be daily towels change every 2 days and sheets every 4 days.
