The room was in pristine condition. And, indeed, you can see the sea from the living room window. The welcome hamper was a nice touch, and welcomed after a long drive! Laith's instructions and rules of the room were clear, detailed, and very fair. Laith was highly responsive to our queries. Would recommend if you are looking for a quiet place that is easily accessible to Bournemouth (only a 10mins drive away).

My wife and I stayed for a short stay and loved it. The hosts were responsive and provided clear instructions for check in. The location was also perfect with beach as well as local high street within short walking distance. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.
