Had a really lovely stay. The place was immaculate and everything was as described. There’s a really helpful folder inside giving ideas on where to visit for dog friendly days and walks. Can’t wait to visit again! Beautiful place and such a wonderful hosts.

Great stay with hot tub and open fire! If you're looking for a romantic getaway and country walks on your door step with great pubs, this is your place! So well equipped from kitchen to robes and slippers. Warm, homely and private. really enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely stunning place. Like a super luxurious safari lodge! Whole area is beautiful and everything in the lodge is state of the art. We stayed with our 3 kids who fought over who would get the canopy bed in the lounge. Loved the hot tub, had a fab bbq and slept like babies. Spent a day at west wittering beach which is close by and felt like we were abroad. Sarah’s lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. She even let us stay all Sunday as they had no-one arriving at no extra cost. Who does that? We’ll definitely be back!

We stayed here as a family for a special birthday treat. The pool was fantastic and clean, and kids loved it! House was warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable with excellent pillows! The house is a bit tired in places but doesn't affect a short stay. None of the tv's work, no signal at all so seemed strange to have 4. This was the first air bnb we have stayed in where there wasnt a few tea bags to start us off, and the first time we didnt bring any - as you can tell, only small issues. Overall, a fabulous stay - would recommend!

Neil was such a fantastic host, very welcoming and made us girls feel right at home! The location was perfect, a beautiful countryside setting. The cottage itself was completely tucked away within the farm grounds and felt very private! Plenty of space & lovely garden / hot tub with stunning views over fields. So lovely and we’re already looking at booking for a winter girls trip! Thanks again to Neil & his family for hosting us!

We had a great time at John and Philippa’s house. The pictures were very accurate and both the house and the location were great. Everything was clean, the house was super well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and available for any doubts. We definitively recommend the island cottage and would love to go back someday.

The converted stable has been finished to a very high standard and is absolutely beautiful. Fabulous bathroom with a lovely roll top bath as well as an excellent shower. Kitchen finished to a very high spec with all needed utensils in place. Bed was extremely comfortable with great quality pillows & duvet. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, which we enjoyed every day. We were lucky enough to see two red squirrels when out walking early in the morning as well as a barn owl 🥰

Honeysuckle Cottage is on the main road through East Meon but once inside it is quiet. All the furnishing and equipment are good quality and although the cottage is small, there is plenty of storage and it has everyone needed for a relaxing weekend. As others have said the second bedroom is very small but our son and his girlfriend slept comfortably and had enough space for their clothes. The garden is secure, so perfect for our dog. It’s also a sun trap so we were able to enjoy relaxing outside even though it wasn’t particularly hot weather. There are many excellent walks on the doorstep with stunning views. We were able to eat at The George on a couple of evenings and didn’t use our cars all weekend, which was just perfect. We did not park our cars on the main road but there’re plenty of places to park in the village, including the car park.

We loved our stay in this unusual property set in such a beautiful location. Gordon and Marya were great hosts. Very friendly and responsive if we needed something but respected our privacy at the same time. It was easy to find and was exactly what was described in the listing. Our dog felt at home and settled quickly and loved the beach walks and discovering the South Downs. Thank you for making us feel so at home.

We had a great stay at this cute cottage. The beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved the atmosphere of the place and we thought it fits well with Arundel town. Highly recommended!

Loved our stay at Lavender Cottage - it is so cosy and homely and in a stunning location. Our dog, Lyra, enjoyed the garden and the neighbouring polo field! Comfy bed and great log burner - a fabulous place for a short break.

We had a very pleasant stay. The location is quiet and peaceful setting. The beach is within walking distance which was ideal for our dog. The weather was good so we made use of the garden. A perfect base for travelling

Elizabeth was a warm and welcoming host. She and her husband were remarkably tolerant of 4 dogs. The area that Elizabeth lives in is very beautiful and the barn and garden are incredible. Lots of really lovely walks around. It was a treat to stay here.

We had a lovely time staying at the cottage. The cottage was a great base for our exploring round the Isle of Wight. I can imagine the decking area is lovely in the summertime. Lots of space out the back for our dog to run around outside. The rooms were good size and clean and the kitchen well stocked with utensils and cooking items. Gail was very helpful and responsive and we are very grateful!

We stayed there for a long stay and the area and the building are amazing. Our dogs joined us and loved the beautiful walks around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and you are close to Chichester. The cottage is beautiful and the site is fabulous. We would love to stay in the same location again

Bridget and Chris were fantastic hosts. Would go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The place is situated in a lovely area, close to shops/resturants etc but also lovely forest and field walks! The BnB came with a wonderful kitchen and walk in shower, all spotless and to top it off, I could enjoy a cold beer in the sun on the outdoor decking area. I stayed for approximately 4 weeks, and it was just what I needed, a home away from home. Both are lovely and welcoming people and I couldnt recommend their BnB enough.

This is an outstanding airbnb. The cottage is gorgeous - charming, immaculate, well equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable. The village of East Meon is also gorgeous, as is the countryside around it, full of walking paths and country pubs. And there’s more, you will find generous breakfast provisions and a variety of delicious home made treats, and a lovely garden in which to enjoy them. Yet more, and best of all, Richard and Gaye are the best hosts and nicest people you will meet. There needs to be an extra category of especially outstanding airbnbs such as this.

The most beautiful place we visited together with my fiancée. The house from the listing looked much better than in the pictures. Very friendly and approachable owners who were willing to help in any way they could. The rental property provided all amenities and privacy. Besides, a beautiful area just right for couples or families with small children. As for us, I think we will visit this place again because it is full of good memories for us.

What an absolute Gem of a place. Visited with my wife and 11 year old son. Fantastic walks, beautiful scenery, 20 minute drive to West Wittering beach. Lovely cottage by the water. All as advertised. Well worth a visit.

We had a lovely weekend break at Nikki’s cottage. Beautiful surroundings, extremely comfortable and so close to great restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We were sad to leave!

The house is exactly as in the photos. I made a great choice and will definitely be back.
