Faldie Cottage was an absolute delight. It's beautifully furnished in a traditional but slightly eclectic style with antiques and interesting pieces of furniture and pictures, which made one feel right at home. The kitchen is modern and exceedingly well appointed and it was just a shame that we were not able to use the lovely, secluded patio that it exits onto because of the weather. Both bathrooms were very good and the shower room for the main bedroom (which is enormous with fantastic views) was brilliant. We were very sad to leave and would happily return there for a another holiday.

We had a great stay - the home was clean, just as described in the listing, and really comfortable for us all. We really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the location right on the beach. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!

We had such a lovely time at The Gables. It was a beautiful space and perfect for the whole family, we will definitely book again!

The entire family really enjoyed the stay in this great house in a great location that ticked all the boxes for our requirements. Would recommend to anyone ! and the host was very helpful.

This property is amazing 2 balcony's front of house during day rear of house to catch late evening sun, Lovely and clean and everything you need at hand also how many times have rented a place and expect you to survive a week one one toilet roll not here over 10 in the 3 toilets . Lovely view if you can't be bothered to do the 2 minute walk the the beach front then sit on balcony and watch the day go by, absolutely loved our week.

We had the most amazing stay at Andrea & Arnie’s home The house was clean and tidy We arrived to some cakes too which was a lovely touch! The outdoor area was such a lovely little sun trap, we had perfect weather and enjoyed sitting and soaking up the sun before I got married in Chichester on Friday! The amount of crockery, glassware & dishes available to prepare and serve food and drink in was fantastic! Location was fabulous, just a 20 minute walk to the marina where we enjoyed lunch at the boathouse restaurant Thank you so much for providing such a fabulous home for us to enjoy for 3 days 💜

A very pleasant town house that manages to be both very accessible (close to main road, station, city centre, amenities) and tranquil (quiet residential road, adjacent to the canal). A lovely area too, handy for Wittering beaches and South Downs. For those who like to cycle, the infrastructure and nearby routes are excellent too.

silhouette cottage was beautiful and the countryside so peaceful. Our stay was not quite as we intended as my husband had a horrible accident in the early hours of our second day. Sarah went above and beyond to help. She immediately came in the middle of the night and calmed us both and called an ambulance . She then helped my family and kept in contact the whole time. I honestly would not have known how to deal with the situation without her help

Lovely quiet place which was cosy. Great location to see Chichester, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth and Southampton. Can walk to beach within 30 mins. Comfortable place with all amenities. You need a car but not tricky to get onto main motorways. Enjoyed pool and hot tub. Relaxing break, no traffic, serene.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at your gorgeous cottage. It was the perfect venue and location for time away with friends. The cottage is beautifully furnished and has everything you need for a relaxing break. The extra touches, like milk in the fridge, tea, coffee and toiletries, are very thoughtful. We recommend this cottage for anyone looking to visit the area and we would be very happy to stay again.

The 'nest' was an idyllic getaway for us and our young dog, with plenty of walks from the doorstep and just a short drive to the seaside. Nestled in a beautifully quiet part of the world filled only with the sounds of nature. We loved our time there and would highly recommend a stay with C&C.

What a truly beautiful stay. The cottage was so clean , bright, everything you needed, plenty of places to go and things to do leaflets. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped . You are surrounded in nature and wildlife , its so peaceful and the Red Kite feeding was absolutely out of this world The garden and woodland is fantastic , there is so much to see as you walk around . There is a beautiful terrace to sit and look at the views and watch the birds . Outstanding. Marley and his Grandad Fred are wonderful and so very friendly and welcoming. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be going back and would highly recommend. Thank you for making our stay so amazing .

We had a fantastic stay at The Farthings. The pool was lovely, the location is great and the condition of the property was to a high standard. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

Laura reached out to us from the time of booking, just prior to arrival, during our stay and on departure and always tried to accommodate any of our requests where possible. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Thatched cottage and can highly recommend it for a get together with an extended family. If you are looking for a property full of character but that still has all "mod cons" then I can highly recommend this one. The team at Chichester Properties clearly care that their guests have a great time. We particularly appreciated the various gift packages for the grandchildren but also for the adults! We should point out that the pool is covered until June. We were however able to use it as the cover has a side door and clearance to enable us to swim happily under it, although one of out party is 6'5" and did manage to bump his head a few times in the shallow end. He did have the same trouble in the Thatched part of the cottage as it's charming character does mean low ceilings!!

Beautiful lodge right on the beach - the most perfect sunsets! Perfect view of the sea and across to the IOW. The lodge is perfectly arranged with top quality furnishings, well equipped kitchen. Decking area would be amazing in the warmer months. Sarah really helpful and responsive - thoughtful gift of cream tea and prosecco in the fridge for our arrival. Everything you need for a perfect and relaxing stay. The dog loved it too! Lovely finishing touches - we would stay again! Thank you :)))

If you need a reasonable place to lay your head on the West Sussex coast, this place is perfect. There is a nursery opposite so although it is a rural location don’t go expecting it be quiet during the day. However this didn’t seem to bother us too much as we were only there for the night.

Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. We stayed there for a long stay and the area and the building are amazing. Our dogs joined us and loved the beautiful walks around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and you are close to Chichester. The cottage is beautiful and the site is fabulous. We would love to stay in the same location again

Wonderful stay. The house was clean, warm and had everything we needed for our weekend. Emily, the host, provided straight forward and easy instructions for accessing parking and the house.

The most beautiful place we visited together with my fiancée. The house from the listing looked much better than in the pictures. Very friendly and approachable owners who were willing to help in any way they could. The rental property provided all amenities and privacy. Besides, a beautiful area just right for couples or families with small children. As for us, I think we will visit this place again because it is full of good memories for us.

Great place, furnished to a high spec. Great location - the pub round the corner is great and the locals all friendly, it was very peaceful and a great place to spend a weekend.

Beautiful location on the edge of the beach. Amazing view from sitting room and main bedroom. Light and airy house with all amenities and more. Debby answered all queries immediately. Highly recommend.
