Had a really lovely stay. The place was immaculate and everything was as described. There’s a really helpful folder inside giving ideas on where to visit for dog friendly days and walks. Can’t wait to visit again! Beautiful place and such a wonderful hosts.

We had the most amazing week at this accommodation. After hectic few months leading up to our wedding, this was the most perfect getaway to disconnect and relax. The hosts were amazing and the cabin was absolutely perfect! We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better for our mini moon. We did not want to leave and it quite honestly just felt like home. Will 100% be returning in the future and couldn’t recommend it enough!

We've spent a week there. Great place, clean, good condition, good communication with host. Nothing to complain about. We'll be back next time for sure!

We stayed here as a family for a special birthday treat. The pool was fantastic and clean, and kids loved it! House was warm and inviting. Beds were comfortable with excellent pillows! The house is a bit tired in places but doesn't affect a short stay. None of the tv's work, no signal at all so seemed strange to have 4. This was the first air bnb we have stayed in where there wasnt a few tea bags to start us off, and the first time we didnt bring any - as you can tell, only small issues. Overall, a fabulous stay - would recommend!

Neil was such a fantastic host, very welcoming and made us girls feel right at home! The location was perfect, a beautiful countryside setting. The cottage itself was completely tucked away within the farm grounds and felt very private! Plenty of space & lovely garden / hot tub with stunning views over fields. So lovely and we’re already looking at booking for a winter girls trip! Thanks again to Neil & his family for hosting us!

We had a great time at John and Philippa’s house. The pictures were very accurate and both the house and the location were great. Everything was clean, the house was super well equipped. The hosts were very friendly and available for any doubts. We definitively recommend the island cottage and would love to go back someday.

The converted stable has been finished to a very high standard and is absolutely beautiful. Fabulous bathroom with a lovely roll top bath as well as an excellent shower. Kitchen finished to a very high spec with all needed utensils in place. Bed was extremely comfortable with great quality pillows & duvet. The hot tub was the icing on the cake, which we enjoyed every day. We were lucky enough to see two red squirrels when out walking early in the morning as well as a barn owl 🥰

Our stay was perfect. Dan and Jenna are kind, welcoming and considerate hosts and made us feel very at ease on their fabulous property. The accommodation is in a wonderful setting and whilst linked to their home it has its own door and garden which gave us space, privacy and freedom to come and go as we pleased. The place is spotless and really comfortable, particularly the beds! Lots of hot water, great showers, quality kitchen appliances and great outdoor space. It takes about half an hour to walk to the sea front at Felpham which we really loved, but if walking is not your thing then you would need to drive. We really loved Dan and Jenna’s place and if we return to this part of Sussex then we will definitely book again.

Lovely clean apartment with all the equipment you need for an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay at Lorna's place again.

We stayed there for a long stay and the area and the building are amazing. Our dogs joined us and loved the beautiful walks around the area. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby and you are close to Chichester. The cottage is beautiful and the site is fabulous. We would love to stay in the same location again

Elm Cottage, was a brilliant find and we will be back. Great place to stay, great host. Very welcoming and also received a basket of essentials including bread and biscuits with milk, butter and jam in the fridge. Tea, coffee, sugar all there. Literally walk in and a cup of tea. Perfect all round. Very pleasant stay and local to Goodwood and Chichester.

The most beautiful place we visited together with my fiancée. The house from the listing looked much better than in the pictures. Very friendly and approachable owners who were willing to help in any way they could. The rental property provided all amenities and privacy. Besides, a beautiful area just right for couples or families with small children. As for us, I think we will visit this place again because it is full of good memories for us.

Caroline was a very kind and accommodating host; we felt right at home in her beautiful slice of the South Downs. The house is small but cosy and well-equipped with everything you might need. The garden is a particular attraction for families in the summer months - look out for the tortoise!

Our stay with Caroline & David was great. Very friendly, helpful & were always willing to help with anything. The property & gardens were amazing & safe for our dog Olive who does like to wander every nook & cranny. The bottle of bubbly, crisps, home made jams, & Olive’s doggy treats were most welcome & a nice touch. Thank you! We made the very most of our stay regarding sightseeing & it was always nice to return to our dwelling at the end of the day. Hope to return in the future.

Loved our stay at Lavender Cottage - it is so cosy and homely and in a stunning location. Our dog, Lyra, enjoyed the garden and the neighbouring polo field! Comfy bed and great log burner - a fabulous place for a short break.

Elizabeth was a warm and welcoming host. She and her husband were remarkably tolerant of 4 dogs. The area that Elizabeth lives in is very beautiful and the barn and garden are incredible. Lots of really lovely walks around. It was a treat to stay here.

Bridget and Chris were fantastic hosts. Would go above and beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The place is situated in a lovely area, close to shops/resturants etc but also lovely forest and field walks! The BnB came with a wonderful kitchen and walk in shower, all spotless and to top it off, I could enjoy a cold beer in the sun on the outdoor decking area. I stayed for approximately 4 weeks, and it was just what I needed, a home away from home. Both are lovely and welcoming people and I couldnt recommend their BnB enough.

This is an outstanding airbnb. The cottage is gorgeous - charming, immaculate, well equipped, spacious and extremely comfortable. The village of East Meon is also gorgeous, as is the countryside around it, full of walking paths and country pubs. And there’s more, you will find generous breakfast provisions and a variety of delicious home made treats, and a lovely garden in which to enjoy them. Yet more, and best of all, Richard and Gaye are the best hosts and nicest people you will meet. There needs to be an extra category of especially outstanding airbnbs such as this.

We had a fantastic stay at The Farthings. The pool was lovely, the location is great and the condition of the property was to a high standard. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

What an absolute Gem of a place. Visited with my wife and 11 year old son. Fantastic walks, beautiful scenery, 20 minute drive to West Wittering beach. Lovely cottage by the water. All as advertised. Well worth a visit.

What a beautiful place to stay. It really was so relaxing and stress free. Our hosts were so easy, accommodating and generous in what they offer in terms of letting us explore and wander around the grounds. They welcomed our Labrador and he loved playing with their puppy. The accommodation was comfortable and stylish and had everything we needed. It was the perfect location for us to visit Petworth, Bosham, Arundel and Midhurst. We would love to return and can’t recommend it highly enough… just PERFECT

We had a lovely weekend break at Nikki’s cottage. Beautiful surroundings, extremely comfortable and so close to great restaurants, beaches and places to visit. We were sad to leave!

We had a great stay at Jo and Al’s place. ‘The Dairy’ was private, comfortable and cosy, with everything we needed as well as some extra touches in the way of cake and milk for a cup of tea on arrival - which was much appreciated. The outdoor space was ideal for our kids, who enjoyed playing with the football goal and exploring the beautiful grounds. The location was ideal too, with access to West Wittering beach, Chichester and surrounds. Jo and Al were helpful and accommodating hosts and we will definitely stay again when we’re in the area.

The most beautifully renovated stable with a real touch of luxury. Everything we needed was catered for and had been thought of. Super comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. The goodies on arrival was a lovely touch & the use of the paddock for our dog was very helpful too. We walked locally, visited Hambledon Vineyard and also the beaches at the Witterings. Fab stay, hope to come again!
