Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bosnia

The house is even better than we expected. You will be allowed to spend your vacation in rural-style, handling fire in the stove, cooking on coal, and strolling neighbourhood upside-down. In a nutshell: bedroom is cosy, view to the lake is stunning, living studio on the first floor with a kitchen, where stove is located, is spacious and decorated, terrace is also huge, we personally loved to sit on the seesaw and drink coffee watching the lake. There are two bathrooms, each with a shower, on the first and second floor (second one connected to bedroom) Also the hospitality was over any estimates. We were welcomed with a shot of homemade rakija, also host helped us arranging a boat ride and was always there to help. Totally recommend, I left a piece of my heart there.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We have just returned from a vacation in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa surpassed all our expectations. Nestled amidst unspoiled nature, the villa offers an incredible sense of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the hustle and bustle of the city, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with enough deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment under the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

Really good value for such a beautiful place to stay. Overlooking the Neretva, with easy access to rafting companies, walks, Tito’s bunker and Konjic itself. Incredibly beautiful surroundings and a lovely house with all you might need.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Wow! I really think this could be one of the most breathtaking views we have ever had on holiday, it’s just amazing. The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for a family of four and it is equipped with everything we needed. We didn’t spend much time inside though because the outside area is just so lovely. The heated pool was fantastic for the children and the summer kitchen is just brilliant. We have never stayed in such a perfect place. The local area is beautiful. We went hiking and Petar also recommended a rafting company that we went out with and had a brilliant time. Both trips were great ways to explore. We also went to some beaches that Petar recommended and spent a day around Mostar which was also incredible. A fantastic holiday all round. Thank you

Fantastic location. Close to cafés and shops. Very helpful host. It got quite warm and we needed fans, so Esmir bought them to the home for us. Highly recommend for families. Super comfortable stay.

Really nice apartment as described. We were met at the door and there was nothing negative about the whole experience. The local area is mostly residential, with some shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely make use of this again.

We had a perfect stay in Sarajevo, and this lovely accommodation contributed greatly to the experience. It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with modern decor. We slept really well as the new mattress was super comfortable. The apartment was warm, spacious, light and very quiet. Perfect for a good night's sleep. The coffee machine made our mornings so good too! The coffee provided was very delicious. Sarajevo is very hilly and the property is on one of those hills but unless you have mobility issues, this isn't an issue. It is really only a 10/15-min walk from the old town and only 5/7 min is uphill.

We had a delayed flight and showed up to Irenas place quite late, but her mother in law was still there to greet us and could not have been nicer. When we got into the apartment we were gifted with some smoked meats and cheeses, tomatoes and bread. Such a beautiful touch and we enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment itself was very clean, had everything we needed and beautiful scenes from the balcony. The apartment is up a hill but it's a nice walk up the hill and nothing we weren't able for. At night it was so peaceful, and waking up every morning to the sea was amazing. Irenas mother in law was very helpful and she let us know where we could find her if we needed anything. This Airbnb is one of the nicest I have stayed in and at a very reasonable cost, I can't believe we found such a hidden gem!! We would love to stay here again when we are back in Omis (we will definitely be back!) if irena and her fanily would have us. Thank you for a beautiful and perfect stay xx❤️

Great appartment, some oddities but superb location. The room layout was a bit odd, style was a bit dated, pull-out bed was so-so. Would I book again? Yes, certainly.

We loved our stay here and the hosts were great to work with. Great central location with plenty of space inside. They also offered the option to pick us up from the airport which we took advantage of!

The accommodation has a great terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The location is great, as you can do a lot in the area. We enjoyed our stay there very much and can definitely recommend the accommodation. The only drawback is the very small kitchen with little storage space and a very loud refrigerator. But otherwise everything is fine!

Nenad is an amazing host that is responsive and helpful. He showed us a short path to town and provided great suggestions during our stay! We wish we could have stayed longer as the house and pool proved to be an oasis with great privacy for a few days!

My family and I had a wonderful two-week stay, I could never thank amra and his family enough. From the beginning to the end of our stay, their responsiveness was exceptional. The accommodation is very well furnished, very clean, very quiet. The view was splendid, the pool is supplied with water by a natural stream. Visoko is a warm village, located 45 minutes from Sarajevo by car, the landscape and nature have rejuvenated us both physically and mentally. A real haven of peace. Bosnia and its inhabitants will have marked us forever❤️❤️❤️. I highly recommend to people looking to clear their minds and fill their heads with memories to visit Bosnia, Sarajevo, Mostar, Kravica and other cities, the food is very good, it feels very good and of course I recommend to all air BNB users the sumptuous accommodation of Amra and her family, thank you very much for your warm welcome, don't change. 5🌟

Eli was an amazing host, despite our extremely late and delayed arrival he was there to greet us and show us around the property, after a storm he let us know in advance and came to clean the pool. It’s a lovely homey property in nature with an amazing view

The villa was fantastic. It can fit a big family. It was very clean. And the host Edin and his brother Haris were very friendly and responsive. As soon as we got there, they gave us juice and jam which was very delicious. And we will definitely come back there soon.

Totally recommend it.The enthusiastic and beautiful Mirsada, sent a Bosnian specialty pie on the second day of our stay, which made us feel very warm.Her house is in a tree-lined area with fresh air.We have everything you need to do, we can cook here.Mirsada was always responsive to our questions and requests.The most impressive thing was that when we had a little trouble with the car we rented, the couple were so enthusiastic that they helped us all the time.And ask the neighbors to help us solve the problem, so we didn't have to change the itinerary.Very happy and hope to be able to come back again for the opportunity.

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift from the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the opportunity to check in early. Everything was clean and the host briefed us and gave us tips on local attractions. We'll be back!
