Un petit logement très sympa pour voyageur seul, équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un séjour tranquillement. Kadiköy est mon quartier préféré d'Istanbul, très vivant sans être trop touristique, avec une quantité énorme de restaurant et bars.

It was a beautiful clean apartment in a good location. It had everything I needed, also the host was really quick to response and providing what I needed. I will definitely rebook!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It’s recently renovated, very clean and cozy, with a lovely rooftop that offers beautiful views. One of the fun surprises was the elevator that opens directly into the apartment. The building only has four apartments, which makes it feel very private and intimate. Check-in was super smooth and easy, and I appreciated small touches like having shower gel available. Although the apartment is located close to Galata Tower, it’s on a quiet side street, and I never heard any noise at night — which was a big plus for me. As someone with a pet allergy, I was also really grateful that the hosts arranged for me to stay in an apartment where pets are not allowed. They were incredibly kind, flexible, and clearly care a lot about their guests and the experience they provide. The kitchen had everything I needed — including brand-new dishes, a dishwasher, and a fridge. I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ideal und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Reibungslose Kommunikation und ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Great apartment in old city. Thoughtfully furnished and a well-designed space. Lots of room for clothes and stuff and everything worked. Kitchenette was well equipped and nice hot shower. Erol and his team at reception were courteous and welcoming. Good value for money. Enjoyed relaxing on the roof terrace. Would recommend to couples or solo travellers.

Very responsive and helpful hosts. The security was also very helpful as we couldn’t open the door and then they came to help us. House was very clean and well-organised

The apartment is in a convenient location, just a short $5–8 taxi ride to Taksim Square. Walking is possible, but be prepared for a steep uphill climb through a rougher area—something to keep in mind depending on your comfort level. The host was very responsive, and the staff onsite were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The building has a small gym and a pool in the basement, which was great for a quick workout. The apartment itself is quiet, with excellent blackout blinds that made for restful mornings. It has all the essentials for a comfortable stay but the kitchen is somewhat barebones (didn’t affect our stay). Overall, a solid option if you’re looking for a clean, quiet place near Taksim with good amenities and responsive service. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Cagil and the Guest Teori team!

Konaklama boyunca herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Fotoğraflardaki gibiydi ev. Ulaşım konusunda gerçekten iyiydi. Metro hemen dibinde. Çevrede migrosjet, eczane, starbucks vs var. Her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi.

Had a wonderful stay at this apartment, which was exactly as described—clean, very comfortable, and perfectly located. From the moment I booked, Zeynep was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available, responsive, and genuinely happy to help with anything I needed. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. I’m so grateful for her kindness and hospitality, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

We spend 12 days at this place. Deniz has been very friendly and organized. The reception makes the logistics very smooth. The place was clean and close to shopping areas. We will definitely go there again.

Ev çok temiz ve düzenliydi, giriş/çıkış saati konusunda da yardımcı oldular. Kaan Bey airbnb’de gördüğüm en ilgili ev sahiplerinden birisi, gönül rahatlığıyla konaklama yapabilirsiniz.

allt rent och fint, Furkan bra värd . lägenheten mycket bra, lyxig, Furkan rätt person ,trovärdig, han intresserad på sitt jobb. lägenheten rymlig för 4-5 personer men inte mer, då jag bodde där en dag och sen hittade vi en större lägenhet för 7 personer.

Ev gerçekten çok düzenli ve dizaynı çok hoştu. Gayet temiz ve hijyenikti. Girişte hiç sorun yaşamadık. Ev sahibi gerekli talimatları giriş yapmadan vermişti ve hızlı bir şekilde giriş yapabildik. Rezidans içinde olması ayrıca güvenlik açısından ve kapalı otoparkının olması açısından önemliydi. Sadece çevresinde yeni inşaatlar olduğu için ara yollar bozuktu. Navigasyonu kullanırken bu yolların açık olduğunu görsek de yolların bir kısmı kapalıydı. Fakat otoyoldan direkt bağlantı ile kolaylıkla gelinebiliyor. Bunun dışında terası güzel fakat şehrin sesi duyulabiliyor cam ve balkon kapısı açıkken onun dışında camlar kapalı olduğunda hiç ses gelmiyor eve. Biz memnun kaldık. Ev sahibine teşekkür ederiz.

Herşey için tekrar ve yeniden teşekkür ederim, baştan sona kadar. Eve yönlendirme, tavsiyeler, adresler, her hangi bir eksiğimiz olduğund, aklınıza ne gelirse artik. Hepsine evet, ilgisiz kalmadık ,bizi kendi evimiz gibi hissettik. Ali bey ve diğer çalışan arkadaşlar yardım seven insanlar ve bu tarz samimiyeti neredeyse unutuyorduk Ev ise, minimalist cok esya yok, evin içinde çok rahat gezdik. Koltuklar cok rahat yatak iyi ve yemek masasi da geniş. banyo dar olmasına rağmen duş geniş. mutfak da kucuk ama yemeğimizi pisirmeye veya çayı demleye sıkıntı olmadı (eksik oldugunda, BurgerLab bize yardımcı oldu). Her yer, yürüme mesafesinde, olmazsada toplu taşıma olur, yine cok rahat . Sokaklar hareketli ama bi kaç günlüğüne geldiğimiz için bizi rahatsız etmedi. çok fazla uzatmadan, bu evi kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum ve Ali bey tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle

our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

الشقة رائعة وجميلة ونظيفة وكل شيء فيها 5 نجوم. يوجد بالقرب منه مطاعم وسوبر ماركت والعديد من المحلات التجارية. لقد ساعدوني في حمل الحقائب وعاملوني بشكل جيد للغاية. شكرًا لفرقان ووالده... مكثت هناك لمدة 5 أيام جميلة. السكن آمن للغاية وبه حراس أمن. مثالي للعائلة

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.
