Private room with terrace to relax Roma - Condesa!

Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!

Lovely Studio w beauty Terrace

Best located studio on the top of a nice house in Condesa. Leafy terrace, high ceilings, large windows and loaded with everything you need! You get to the studio directly by an external stairs or through the house kitchen’s that works more as a common hallway and a staircase for your exclusive use (the blue ones showed in the pictures), that goes to the second floor. You never have to enter into the rest of the house.

Special price due to elevator out of service. The suite is on the 8th floor, and during the repair time, you will access it by stairs. Unbeatable location steps from Paseo de la Reforma, Bosque de Chapultepec and Polanco. Perfect suite for one person or couple visiting CDMX in short stays. It has parking inside the building and 24-hour reception. There is no kitchen.
