Alphyddan - charming own small house on the mountain

Stay simple and close to nature in this newly renovated tiny house on the mountain. Calm and quiet accommodation in the forest with nice views to the west. Possibility to experience magical sunsets and an occasional deer around the corner. The cabin does not have WiFi and drained water. Private toilet on the backside of the house. Camping shower where you mix yourself into a bucket of just enough hot water. Hot water is heated on the induction stove in the cabin. If we are at home in the main building, you can book time for shower/sauna and washing machine/dryer.

The forest is located just behind our house. You can walk to a lake that is 1 km from the house. It is a nice walk there next door and in the forests. You may also walk just over a mile through the woods to an open-air area called Flottsbro. If you want to go to Stockholm city, you can be there within 50 minutes by public transport. To the bus station Almvägen it is a 5-10 minute walk. The bus takes you to the commuter train. The commuter train from Tullinge station to Stockholm City takes 22 minutes.

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.

The place is a little outside but is quiet. However, the connections by bus and train are very good, as you go to Stockholm Central some stations, so you should schedule some time. The accommodation is very cozily furnished and it has everything you need. If you have any questions, you can contact Midea at any time and get a response by phone or she or her husband will come by herself. You're very nice. We also got a few good tips about excursions. (Boat trips, old town, etc.) We felt very comfortable. If we fly to Stockholm again, we will book the place again.

We were 5 friends on our first kayaking holiday in the Stockholm Archipelago. Dilan & Hassan were very friendly and responded quickly to my questions - and made sure that if we were missing something, we got it right away. When we were in doubt about how to get to Stockholm, Hassan replied that it was easiest by train and that he would be happy to pick us up in the morning and again when we got home at 9 pm in the evening. We also got garden furniture when the weather suddenly became sunny. Overall very satisfactory stay.

We stayed at Sara''s place for 3 nights and we had a lovely time there , she was very proactive and the place is exactly how you see in the photos and maybe even better. The house is quite modern, and everything works perfectly fine, we had no issues to find anything we wanted to cook, cleaning or feel at home. The surroundings are very nice and a few minutes walking from there , you can walk into nature woods and even see some deers, and feel outside the city. We have our little dog with us and we enjoyed the walks a lot, and the location was perfect too, though we had car, we decided to use public transport to visit Stockholm and the connections bus+metro worked just fine. Thanks a lot Sara and lots of success on your Airbnb, Marcellini, Eduard and Jack

An absolutely beautiful house with a very great location. There were also more than enough play opportunities for the children. The family responded very quickly to messages and thus saved our vacation. Absolutely recommended. I'm sure we'll be back.
