This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Äppelviken one of the most preferred living areas in Stockholm. Close to the city, sea, nature. A very nice quiet area. We live upstairs in our villa and are happy to rent our basement/ground floor with bedroom, own entrance, free parking, wifi, laptop, WC, shower (sauna - only in wintern, pls pre-book). A small kitchenette with microwave oven, fridge, water boiler. Pls note there is no stove. You reach Stockholm City within 20 -25 min with bus/tram/metro. A nice garden where you can relax.
