The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Ca 20 min promenad längs möreleden till camping (vita sand) med stor lekplats, sandstrand, utegym och kiosk/gatukök (sommartid) Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng ( 2 st enkelsängar) och i allrummet är det en ny bäddsoffa (140cm) inköpt 2025 och två fåtöljer. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. Utrustat kök med bl.a. diskmaskin.

Lantligt belägen stuga i värdens stora trädgård med 5 bäddar. Ta med egna sängkläder, handdukar och mat. Gäster städar själv. 20 km till Kalmar, 2 km till Vitasand badstrand och lekplats. Luftigt och rustikt med gamla takbjälkar, renoverat 2021. Familjevänligt, matplats inne och ute med egen grill. Fullutrustat kök med diskmaskin m.m.
