Communication with Zied was outstanding. The restaurant owners in the area also knew how to help you directly. Unfortunately, the pool was not yet available, but the beach is really only 2 minutes away! The apartment, especially the bathroom, was of European standard - very clean! I would book it again 😊

It is not a fancy place but very practical, clean, charming (typique) , well located and mostly very secured. as well nice neighborhood.. Mr. Wajdi is a very good host, he welcomed us, with clear instructions, the apartment is perfect with a magnificent view. We are just in front of the beach, a three-minute walk away, you have access to different restaurants, we are really in the center of the city and tourist activities.

Excellent stay at Mohamed's in Marina Kantaoui! Mohamed is a remarkable host: very welcoming, available and professional. The apartment is ideally located in Kantaoui, close to the sea, restaurants and cafes. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and as advertised. Great apartment in a very nice new residence! My family really enjoyed the stay. The host was very responsive to my requests if I needed anything or information! Only small flaw, no parking space within the residence unlike other tenants. The car gets dirty very quickly outside the building... (But we were still able to go there to make it easier to climb/drop off luggage) But other than that, I highly recommend!

Moez was incredible nice and kind host. He picked us up from the airport, and welcomed us with a bottle of cold water! His place is really cozy, the sea view is extremely beautiful, and the balcony is the best place to drink something cold after a hot day. The localisation was super nice, a lot of restaurants, coffee, and beach bars. We truly enjoyed this stay, and we recommend Moez and his apartment to everyone! Thank you, Moez and hopefully see you again!

My friend and I enjoyed every minute spent in khalil’s house ! It was safe, clean and cozy. Khalil is very helpful and responsive. And his mother is incredibly friendly and nice. I would highly recommend khallol’s house if anyone wants to visit soussa!

Very good stay at Rakia's place. The apartment is very well located and offers a splendid sea view! It is located close to the sea and Kantaoui port, close to several shops, restaurants, nautical bases. In addition, it offers access to several swimming pools which is a real plus. It is very well equipped, with all the essentials for everyday use. Air conditioning is a real plus, it makes the stay more enjoyable. It's simple, when you arrive at Rakia's you feel at home! We were hosted very well and as soon as we needed anything, Rakia's mom was there to inform us and help us. I would really recommend this place 1000%.

Accommodation as described or better in reality. You do not only rent a place, a whole accompaniment from Siham and his sisters (Rim and Radhia). Thank you ladies for all your responsiveness. You listened to my requests and responded very quickly. My family and I were welcomed in a place of impeccable cleanliness with a fine decoration that perfectly blends with the settlement environment. The terrace and windows of the common areas offer a breathtaking view of the harbor of El Kantaoui. For families with children like us, you have EVERYTHING nearby and no need to go further for activities. This place is in a strategic location in the city of SOUSSE and I highly recommend it. Thank you Siham for all the preparations in advance and thank you again for your welcome.

On first arriving at the property it felt bigger than the photos on the listing but more dated and in need of a clean. That said it had probably been empty for a while before us. The location was amazing.. right on the beach. The apartment felt safe and secure. There was alot of maintenance going on outside the premises on the roadside but improvements are a good thing. The pool wasn't open as we went in May but it's a short walk to the pool area. Unfortunately for us there were a few issues with the property due to the maintenance outside and the heating BUT... Rafik was amazing. He answered my messages almost immediately and went above and beyond to solve our issues and make our holiday enjoyable. We ended up having to move to another of Rafik's apartments at the other side of the harbour. It wasn't a problem and as we were in Tunisia for 18 nights we experienced a week at both sides.

Great stay in a beautiful area. Stay in apartment C, very large, everyone finds their place even with the family. Huge comfortable living space. We recommend it.

A great place to stay

Our stay was just great, and we felt completely comfortable in the two weeks! The hostess is a real gem – so warm and attentive. Also a big thank you to the caretaker, who even helped us with the luggage. The view from the sofa was my personal highlight, especially in the morning when the birds woke up and the sound of the sea provided the perfect backdrop. I'll never forget those moments! The kitchen was superbly equipped, it really lacked nothing, and the spacious fridge was ideal for us as we cooked almost every other day. We would have loved to have stayed forever – it was just fantastic! We liked the stay so much that we leave with a smile and many nice memories – and that says it all!

My friends and I had a lovely stay! Really nice location within walking distance to a quiet beach. The apartment was clean and had all the basics. Bassem was very helpful and arranged a ride for us from Tunis to Sousse which was very helpful! I would definitely recommend this apartment!

This was a great place to stay, far enough from the overly touristy places to get a proper experience of Tunisia, and close enough for a comfortable stay. The beach is right there.
