Holiday rentals with a patio in Bouchemaine

a quiet and peaceful place. I highly recommend it if you want to spend a weekend or even a week as a couple or for work. If we come back to Angers, we'll come to this place for sure.

Spacious apartment, there were 5 of us and we didn't run out of space. It is also very well located, we did everything on foot and left our car in the private parking (real +). The hosts were great and attentive. The instructions given were very clear, we had no difficulty finding the apartment and understanding how the parking lot works, etc. The only weak point of the apartment is for me the insulation, the street noise and the life in the building were quite present.

Exceptional welcome, the accommodation perfectly matches the photos and there is everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Bruno is responsive and very friendly. He intervenes as soon as necessary. Don't hesitate to stay at his place, we will definitely come back!

We spent a three-day weekend in this accommodation, as soon as we entered we were amazed by the beauty of the apartment!! Bathroom with double shower head with integrated LEDs!! Super beautiful and well exposed terrace. Both bedrooms are beautiful and the mattresses are exceptionally comfortable! The living room and the super bright kitchen with all equipment (fridge, kettle, citrus press and SMEG toaster) really great!!!

It's always a pleasure to come to Louis, it's the second time we've come and we'll be back. Dominique is very, very kind, we love her very much. Very good address in a beautiful peaceful environment and very cozy accommodation.

Great stay at Olivier's, in his very nice house, ideal for a stay in a large group, with friends or family. The house has comfortable, well-appointed and equipped common areas for good shared moments. When the weather is nice, the outdoor spaces, very well maintained and landscaped, have several "corners" for meals, naps or moments around the pool, clean and well heated. Finally, the rooms are well decorated, each with a bathroom, allowing you to preserve your privacy when you want to take a little break from the group ;-) Finally, Olivier is a thoughtful and responsive host! In short, everything is done to make the stay as pleasant as possible!

Sylvain is a really attentive host. He's one of the few people we're lucky enough to meet in our lives. Many thanks for everything, your welcome, your time, your kindness. And anything that makes you a wonderful person. Lovely continuation to you.

Our stay was very pleasant, well-appointed house, very well-equipped kitchen, the layout is pleasant with the central island. The 2 toilets are appreciable, spacious house. This townhouse requires us to park in a "warning" zone in front of the door to unload, but free parking is available 2 minutes' walk away. I recommend this rental, the exchanges with the host are clear and precise.

Very nice and very functional accommodation to discover the area. Chalaunes can be explored on foot and there are many shops.

We were pleasantly surprised when Yohan showed us the grounds and the accommodation. The listing and attached photos hardly do justice to this place, in reality it is even more beautiful. We (a family of 4) had a great stay here for a week and can recommend this place to anyone. The pool is large and very well cared for, and that actually applies to the entire property. Also, we were pleasantly surprised by all the equipment that is present. 3 types of coffee makers, toasters, a contact grill, a large gas barbecue, everything is present!

We loved staying at Jens's place. The house is beautiful and the garden very peaceful! Host was responsive, thoughtful, and really super nice! We'll be happy to go back!

Communication and hospitality with Philippe, went very well. Philippe is very friendly, he takes pleasure in showing us around the place, explaining the history of his property, which is a haven of peace with beautiful surrounding nature. The place is quiet, functional for what we were looking for (one night stop at 6). The room downstairs is not super functional (HS TV and no hot water in the sink, no toilet), but allows two adults to sleep without any problem.

came with friends to discover the banks of the Loire by bike, we enjoyed the central location of the accommodation, its breathtaking view, its amenities, its terraces, the availability and kindness of its owner.
