Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bouchemaine

We’ve just spent a wonderful few days with our family at Helene’s house. The property was as described amongst the local vineyards where we enjoyed relaxing in the beautiful French countryside & sampling the local wines. There was plenty of space for 5 adults including two lovely outside seating areas. Helene was an excellent host & was helpful & responsive. We were able to use her swimming pool & deck with stunning views across the Loire Valley. You can walk into the local town of Chalonnes Sur Loire where there are great bars & restaurants.

Great place to stay - very quiet house with a cosy garden with a tiny swimming pool and a place to sit/eat. Great for summer evenings with friends. Close to the train station et downtown. Spotless clean. Fully equipped kitchen was much appreciated. Rooms are big and comfortable. The only negative thing: no bed linen are provided - it was ok for us because we travelled by car but we needed a full extra suitcase with towels, beach towels, and bed linen.

It’s hard to sum up Anthonin’s beautiful home in just 1000 characters. It’s like nowhere you will have ever stayed before. Every room is so full of character and charm. In every corner of every room is a memory or memento from a 1000 wonderful nights spent here with friends. The house itself has been beautifully and sympathetically restored. It is not a modern property and anyone expecting minimalist chic will be disappointed 😂 it is such a unique property and my family and I loved every minute of our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It is very private set in beautiful countryside. Restaurants and amenities are a drive away. But there are abundant places for walks and runs from the front door. The pool area is gorgeous and great for all ages. Loads of seating and social areas inside and out. This place is an utter joy and I promise if you’ve stumbled across it you won’t be disappointed. Anthonin too is a complete gent and was always available. Big thumbs up.

We came with friends to spend a weekend of oenological discovery, we were seduced by the location of this beautiful house (how quiet!) and the quality of the equipment both in the living rooms and in the bedrooms. Nicolas (we didn't have the pleasure of meeting Stéphanie) is a charming, responsive and dedicated host. He takes the time to give information about the region (walks, points of interest, etc.) and the history of this beautiful house where you quickly feel "at home".

Great host, Thank you Claudia for your hospitality, you have a superb house very well furnished, we enjoyed the private side of the terrace and the surroundings of the house. Thanks again to Claudia and Stéphane for your flexibility on the departure schedule. I highly recommend it, don't hesitate to come, no problem, plus a beautiful region suitable for visits and hikes 😉 Happy hosting... came with friends to discover the banks of the Loire by bike, we enjoyed the central location of the accommodation, its breathtaking view, its amenities, its terraces, the availability and kindness of its owner.

Stéphane's apartment is designed with a maturely thought-out practical sense. The decoration is neat, personal, "inhabited". The renovation has preserved the authenticity of the architecture of the past by discreetly adding high-quality modern equipment.

i had a nice stay with Jean Pierre who is very friendly and welcoming, I came to rest and it is the ideal place, the place is superb with biquettes, kittens , small birds...and the forest next door, a healing... i highly recommend it

We had a fabulous weekend at this place in Angers. Everything was perfect, from the warm hospitality to the amenities of the accommodation. Inès is an outstanding host. We strongly recommend this place!

We spent a few days at François's to celebrate the end of the year, we were very well hosted. The apartment is really beautiful, very well located with this beautiful 360 view of the Loire, everything is there and the beds are comfortable. We did not touch the car since everything is nearby, excellent butcher shop, small express crossroads, bakery and even a small shop with lots of gift ideas in front of the church. Thanks to François for his availability and kindness. Don't hesitate!

It went very well, the accommodation is clean and as described Great base if you need to stop in the area. We will note the location near the Chateau de Brissac!

Cedric is a very welcoming and responsive host. The accommodation is very pleasant and well-equipped. With a very loaded vehicle, we appreciated the proximity of a guarded parking lot for the modest sum of €3 per night. The apartment is located on a very busy avenue but the bedroom that overlooks the courtyard is very quiet. We made all our trips on foot from the apartment. We will be happy to come back the next time we visit Angers.

We had a pleasant stay at Chantal's place! The apartment is in a perfect location, with lovely views, and tastefully decorated! It feels like home! Everything you need is there so you won't miss anything! Special mention on the location which allows you to do anything on foot! Chantal is a very nice and responsive host!We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Olivier's house. The accommodation is nice, spacious, green, very quiet and close to shops.

Responsive and welcoming host, concerned about the well-being of tenants, equipped, clean and pleasant accommodation with a large outdoor space shared between the different accommodations while keeping a private space each, all in a peaceful and relaxing place with many activities accessible by car. We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. We'll be happy to go back!

A perfect cottage for a group weekend, with its very pleasant exteriors and all its available amenities (swimming pool, football, table tennis, etc.).
